I NEVER have left a bad review until tonight. I Ordered the prime rib and it was so rare it was cold. It was supposed to be medium rare like prime rib should be. Server never came by to check on us so I could ask if it could be at least get the chill off it. Absolutely horrible

I don't think I'll be back. I was surprised their signature dish - roast chicken - was absolutely average. Cornbread was great, corn spears were dry, potatoes were decent but could have been finished better. Staff was great.

Suuuuper delicious rotisserie chkn? Also good steak and fries as well.?? The chicken comes with a side of drippings that was quite tasty. All things rotisseried and grilled go well with booze and The Hatch Cocktail list delivers with bourbon based drinks that blend and cut the fatty proteins content quite well. Servers are nice and check-in timely when beverages need refreshing. Definitely book reservations in advance as demand is high. Dinner is dimly lit yet audibly lively. Top pick when looking for American dinner fare in Paso after a day of tastings.

We went for a casual dinner and we had an amazing time. The meal was impeccable and delicious. They offer specials depending on the day of the week. Moreover, the service provided was excellent. From the moment before entering the restaurant until the moment we left, we were treated with genuine kindness and real hospitality. Thanks to all the staff!

Wow! We came for the Rotisserie Chicken and the Shrimp & Grits, but we got the Thursday special, Shepherd's Pie and they had a few orders of Fried Chicken (usually available on Tuesday & Wednesday - both via recommendations from Summer, our server! She was very much on point. The Shepherd's pue was outstanding. I actually saved a piece of the cornbread appitizer and used it with the Shepherd's pie and was blown away with how good it was. My wife had the fried chicken, although I stole a couple bites, and it was easily the best fried chicken either one of us have had before. Service by Summer was outstanding. Parking wasn't too bad. We had a reservation (highly recommend) and got seated right away. The 4 roses old fashioned was very good.
This Michelin star restaurant is a must try.

We were pretty disappointed- this is a solid 3, not worth leaving a CC to reserve a table type of place. The pork belly appetizer was really good, made us excited for our main. The cocktail drink was good, on the sweet side for me but tasty.
The pork shoulder was so greasy it upset my stomach and the side of cream corn was an entire can on the plate. I didn’t finish my meal. My husbands burger was good but wasn’t set apart from any other burger we’ve had. And he had to order a side of fry’s because you can’t replace sides. Why would this place put chips instead of fries along the burger. Just hasn’t lived up to the hype.

We visited on a Tuesday when they fry that incredible chicken. Since we live out of town, we ordered the fried chicken. Two people shared the 1/2 chicken and it was plenty. Great service, lively atmosphere.

Enjoyed dinner here on a busy Wednesday evening last July. Sat at the bar, where we were impressed by the bartender’s ability to keep everyone very happy at peak hours.
We tried the fried chicken special, which was unfortunately underwhelming, though the potatoes were good. It needs less breading and more chicken (maybe bone-in wings would work better?). Then we ordered an espresso martini and were very pleasantly surprised — it was beautiful and tasted as good as any I’ve had.
Hope to be back to try other things on the menu!

It blows my mind that this restaurant is a Michelin star restaurant. I went in expecting awesome food . The atmosphere and service was good, however the food was subpar. We got the pork belly ,rotisserie chicken, and prime rib. The pork belly was the best from the three. However, one of three pieces were cold in the middle, meaning that they just warmed up the pork belly, and was not cooked fresh. The chicken tasted bland; I suggest if you want rotisserie chicken go to Costco or Smart& final, it'll taste better for a quarter of the price. The prime rib seems to be sou vide. There's no flavor at all aside from the sauce that's provided with the dish. If you want prime rib, I suggest you go to a steakhouse. Again, I'm not sure how this restaurant is a Michelin star restaurant, maybe in the inception of the restaurant it was but not anymore.

Restaurantji Recommends
The fried chicken special wasn’t good, flavorless, dry, and batter over fried. 2/5 stars, we ate what we could because we were hungry and it cost $40
Our table tried the cornbread and mushroom appetizer and they were more enjoyable but also nothing special. 3/5 stars
Service was very kind and accommodating
Unfortunately I can’t recommend eating here and would caution visitors due to high prices and poor dishes
this place is awful, Shepard's pie was more like a cheap spaghetti sauce, shrimp and grits had no flavor and wasn't real grits. wasted $120 for two plates and a drink. ended up getting a pizza afterwards
Wheelchair accessibility: we had to park 3 blocks away

Pretty disappointing food experience. The drinks were good, but the food is overpriced and a bit bland. In particular, we ordered the grilled carrots as a side and most of the carrots were still very raw and totally lacking in seasoning.

Fried chicken sounded good. They won’t let you choose whether you want white meat or dark meat. You have to have half of the chicken. White, dried out meat, and dark meat. The potato salad tasted good, but it had a whole uncut potato in it. It took up more than half the portion of salad. They forgot one of our drink orders and finally got it to us after 15 minutes after asking a second time. Quite a disappointment.
