Excellent food, service, and especially atmosphere. I love the meatloaf with a butter leaf salad. Bartenders make amazing cocktail's!

Food was sub par. The rotisserie chicken felt like it was soaked in liquid smoke. My wife asked me how I felt it tasted. I simply said "close your eyes. You are in the tire section of pep boys. You have that smell? Yes, that's what it taste like." She agreed.

Everything about this restaurant was amazing from the servers to the bartenders to our amazing food and drinks. It was all fantastic and we had such a great time.

Sadly disappointing, especially after having had great expectations. They have a very limited menu including a daily special. When we got there they had run out of 2 of them. (The daily special and the only other chicken dish offered). Manager was rude and condescending to us (and yes, we were polite and calm). He was not apologetic or concerned...simply annoyed at being bothered by us. And he was snippy to our poor waitress after we asked to speak to him. We've since heard that it is very commonplace (as in more often than not) for them to run out of menu items even before 6:00 pm. For goodness sakes people, order enough stock to feed your guests! And don't offer a daily special that you routinely cannot provide.

Arrived with high expectations since they are listed on the Michelin Guide. It's all hail the bird at The Hatch. The rotisserie chicken is indeed a must order. Except they are sold out on a Friday evening. That's like KFC would sell out of chicken and offer fried rabbit as the special at Easter. Anyway, it was disappointing. Salad was okay, maybe a bit too much lemon on the dressing, corn bread cold in the middle...

food was incredibly underwhelming with a few items (rabbit dumplings) just being not good at all. Highly overpriced for both the quality/taste of the food and for the portion size. Service was fine ambiance was less than impressive. 2/5.

The service was great and the food was good. The space is small so the tables are really close together; you could reach over and get something from your neighbors' plates. The table/chair height was a little awkward for me and had some issues eating but it's not the restaurant's fault I'm short. Overall, the place was good but I don't know if we'll go back.

Original plans fell thru and tried to just walk up without a reservation. Very friendly hosts. Got a spot at the bar. Great atmosphere. Loved the music .... classic rock. Bartenders were very attentive. Very good food. Might stay away from the chili? Was a cold evening and that sounded perfect, but it really was just ranch beans....Great seasonings, but no chili. Definitely would go back.

Great menu selection, craft cocktails and wine. We kept to the food. Chicken was phenomenal. I demolished it. Tender and flavorful. The shrimp and grits with bacon were good as well. Did not like the greens though. Great place.

The food was good, just not as gourmet as advertised. Our waitess was very good and we had a pleasant corner table for 4.

Lively atmosphere, waitress was attentive. Fun getting to watch the kitchen prep food. The food was a bit disappointing. Rabbit dumplings were cooked well, but I was not a fan of the very bitter sauce. Skillet cornbread was very good. My mom had the shrimp and grits, I thought that was probably the best of the entrees we had, good flavor and creamy grits. I had the wagyu wellington, which came with a side of rice, very disappointed for the huge price point. Meat flavor was good, but almost too much fat not rendered at all, no prosciutto, and the duxelle was not at all like a traditional, so it was odd. 2 in our group had half chicken, which was smoked well, but neither liked the pickled side and felt it didn't pair well. Overall, we really wanted to love it, but it was overpriced for what you got, and the food was just ok.

The food was something not what I expected. The beef Wellington was supposed to be medium rare but it came out blue (super rare) and inedible. This is the 6th Michelin Star restaurant I've eaten at and it's the worst. I would not recommend the food here since you can get better chicken elsewhere. The waitress was super nice and I enjoyed being served by her. Extremely friendly and attentive. But again the food was not good, do not eat here.

Im not a huge chicken fan but when in Rome... and am glad I did! flavorful. We also ordered the bass which was cooked perfectly. The service was attentive but not overbearing, also informative.
