We usually love the service at The Third Degree! Unfortunately, we had a server today who had major attitude. They made a mistake on our order (no bun with the veggie burger) and when my son asked for them to please fix it, the server gave him such attitude that when they made another order mistake (now a meat burger), he got teary when he asked him to bring it back again. I, as his mom, had to take his food back and the sever gave me major attitude as well. So disappointing for a restaurant we usually love.

Honestly, everything was great! Food was good, service was good. We were having a great time until the live music started and we had to yell at each other to have a conversation. The music was good, it was just so loud!! Turn it down. Everyone that eats or lives in Paso isn’t retired and hard of hearing.

The Third Degree is an absolute gem nestled in Paso Robles at the Paso Market Walk. My recent visit to this burger spot left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. When I stepped in, I was greeted by a wonderful ambiance that set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. I opted for the Lawyer Burger, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Packed with Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, and topped with 1000 Island sauce, every bite was bursting with flavor. Moreover, I appreciated the option to pair my burger with wines from nearby wineries, showcasing the local flair of Paso Robles. The portion size was generous, and the quality of ingredients was evident. The Third Degree is a must-stop for burger enthusiasts passing through Paso Robles. Highly recommend!

Can be a little hard to find if one isn't used to the newer style all in one building stuffed between the other business outside of it..Anyhow while a smaller establishment i will admit that both the burger and onion rings while no doubt pricey were absolutely incredible.. we were on the road that day and let me tell you the food was both hearty yet didn't back us up as we spent almost 7 hours driving bakc to Vegas from here! And at the onion rings almost the whole way home, lol. So crunchy and tasty its been 2 weeks since i was there and writing this review I swear i can taste them in my mouth right now!!..Keep it up guys, wish i had picks that could maybe do it justice!

Turkey brie sandwich was bad. Maybe old turkey? A waste of $17. Will not come back.

We visited The Third Degree because we wanted some good food.. We were not disappointed. The burger which I had was excellent. The fries which come with it were also excellent. The burgers have cool names; The Third Degree, The Judge, (their pastrami) The Interrogation, The Suspect and The Lawyer. My wife has a chicken salad, which was very good and the portion was big. They also have sandwiches, which I will try next time. There will be a next time, because the food was that yummy. Say hi to Scarlet….she is very kind and helpful.

It’s so annoying coming back to place only to see they raised the price $1 over night. Really $4 for a bottled ice tea now? You are already charging $17 for a burger ?

Food was okay. We prefers the Mediterranean chicken salad; it was okay, chicken tasted fake. Service was average.

Absolutely amazing burgers, salads, and sandwiches. Unfortunately the person they got working up front every time i’ve gone to eat seems so bothered and honestly it feels like i am just being an inconvenience when I go to order. Shame because this is genuinely my favorite shop in the market walk.

A great meal for the family

Excellent roasted beet salad and their cheesy fried dill pickles are the bomb! I have driven from Santa Maria just to eat both of the above mentioned items for lunch and will do it again! The owner and her son are very nice!
