Josh is always so nice & thoughtful! Tolo Cellars is definitely a great place to visit!!
Tolo is a true hidden gem in Paso Robles. Josh and Michele are both excellent hosts to new visitors and return visitors alike, excelling in all things wine and hospitality. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind experience in Paso Robles, look no further!
Josh makes some of the best wine I've ever had, and is truly a fantastic wine maker. His style and execution are something special; I always recommend visiting Tolo to Paso Robles first timers, and experienced Paso Robles visitors alike.
The absolute best winery in Paso Robles right now, a true gem. Their old school approach to their wines and winery gives each wine its own distinct character, making them uniquely complex, rich and delectable. A true wine craftsman, making small batch specialities.
This is one of the really small gem Wineries in Paso Robles. Josh makes excellent reds with a different taste from many of the large wineries. Absolutely worth a visit
Picture yourself hankering to taste some wine. You decide on Paso's westside and start heading out Adelaida Rd. On your way out you pass Daou, Adelaida, and Halter Ranch. Decent wine can be had at these places but for some reason you are pulled onwards. Around a few more curvy oak tree canopied corners you find yourself at Tolo. An unassuming place with beautiful people and delicious wine. The cosmos has delivered you to one of the best wineries in the area and you are appreciative. Josh and Michelle are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Can't say enough about this awesome place.
Josh makes damn good wine. Combine an awesome experience and ambiance with excellent wine, do yourself a favor and make a visit.
We had a very enjoyable wine tasting experience here. The winery is housed in a charming 1880 farmhouse. The location is shared with a second winery.
Server was awesome, wines were great (many a variation on a tastey theme), very much a homey atmosphere (red/white house, small lawn, cat named Billie cruising about). It's a fun drive to get out here and what it's all about; pretty vistas, good people, good times.
Just opened up a 2007 Zinfandel which we had purchased many many years ago. The zin aged so well and tasted heavenly. Jammy with lovely tastes of cherry. Love love this winery and their wines. Have not been there in a number of years but can’t wait to go back after tasting this wine.
Phenomenal customer service.! 10/10

Everytime I go wine tasting in Paso, I always make sure that I stop here to enjoy phenomenal wines and atmosphere. Plus, Josh and Michelle are incredible people. I recommend everyone to try Tolo wines.
Super nice owners. Amazing wines. He makes some of the most most unique and flavorful wines in paso.
Such a great time here with Josh. Wines were right up our alley and an honest, casual atmosphere. Loved it.
DELICIOUS jammy and interesting reds in a laid back no frills family owned spot. Super friendly owners pouring their own wines and are in the business because they really love it. Great conversation with Josh. Their wine descriptions are really fun and unique and we happily took home two bottles.
This was our favorite stop on our wine tasting excursion over Thanksgiving weekend in Paso. They had a fire pit going, a beautiful laid back and casual barn like house with excellent service and natural surroundings. This is not a Boojee place. It’s a true California wine country vibe and the employees were super down to earth, making conversation and talking favorite restaurants, etc. Go here while in Paso! And the wine is good too!
