Kind of improved version of Chipotle with similar type of food and similar prices,

Stopped in at Tortilla Town and this spot did not disappoint. The carne asada was on point — juicy, flavorful, and cooked with that real grill taste you can’t fake.

But the real star? The homemade tortillas.
Soft, warm, fresh, and packed with flavor. You can taste the difference right away — they take the whole burrito to another level. Nothing beats a burrito wrapped in a legit handmade tortilla.

And heads up… that grilled jalapeño they throw in?
🔥🌶️ Be careful with that one.
One bite and it hits you with that fire, but in the best way. Adds the perfect kick if you like heat.

If you’re in the area, this place is a must. Great carne asada, amazing homemade tortillas, and a jalapeño that’ll wake you up real quick. 💯🔥

Tortilla Town, aka, FLAVOR TOWN! We have order one pollo asada and a barbacoa burrito and they were both delicious! Fyi, their spicy salsa is 🔥 Next time I'll go for the medium salsa.

Staff were very nice and welcoming and the outside tables had umbrellas to shield us from the hot Paso sun.

Can't wait to come back!

Stopped in for a lunch visit. We other chose the 3 tacos and they were exceptionally yummy. There was food galore which meant the tacos were unpickupable. Food was quick and staff were very friendly.

Food was good, nice sized carnitas burrito. We ate outside on the picnic bench.

Pretty good burritos. Huge portions you can probably split a burrito.

The gorditas are what makes this restaurant great. The food was delicious and their customer service was terrific. If you're in Paso Robles, definitely check this place out.

Good enough but not great.

Food was good. Inside is small hot and loud. Line moved quick. Staff was down to business and kept things moving. It was a busy Sunday Lunch so outdoor seating was full along with parking lot

Good burrito, generous meat portions, close proxy to the 101. Worth the stop.

LOL 4+ star place. I hope that's not representative of Mexican food in Paso. We ordered burritos and they were not good. Dry, chewy meat. Where did my sour cream disappear? And that extra tortilla wrapped tenfold on one side just to make sure they save on ingredients. Yeah, it was bad. The grilled chicken salad was covered with a day or two day old salsa, and yeah chicken was as rubbery as my truck tires. And expensive for the hole in the wall. Save your money and stop at any food truck, there will be much better food and price. Excuse me, I need to use the bathroom...

I haven't been here in a couple of months, but there burritos never disappoint but today they did . I ordered a carne Asads burrito that seemed like a vegie burrito . Barley any meat mostly rice.
