Hands down best pizza you’ll ever have. I was in Italy earlier this year and Via Caravaggio’s pizza is actually better than anything I had over there! Paso has a huge win here.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Over $50. Got home. Took a slice out and due to the flop in the very soggy pizza crust all the toppings slid off both pizzas. First and last time. Comparable to Domino's pizza. Sad for this area.

5 Stars - A Must-Visit Every Time We’re in Paso!
We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Via Caravaggio 147. We tried the Margherita Pizza, which was simply delicious—the sauce was to die for! The Caprese Stack was just as mouthwatering, perfectly fresh, and flavorful. And of course, we couldn’t resist the Cannoli, which was another highlight and one more reason to come back every time we visit Paso.
We were fortunate enough to meet Kathryn, one of the owners, when we arrived. She was so warm and welcoming that by the time we left, it felt like we were leaving old friends. It was truly heartwarming to learn that both Kathryn and her husband are doctors, with Kathryn still working at the hospital on her days off. We are in awe of this amazing Doctor Duo, and Paso Robles is truly lucky to have them.
Via Caravaggio 147 is now a must-visit spot for us whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend!

The Via Caravaggio team catered our welcome dinner at the Paso Market Walk for our wedding weekend earlier this month and I couldn’t recommend working with them enough for catering events or just visiting thier restaurant at the Paso Market Walk to enjoy their delicious food! We got tons of compliments on how good the pizza and salads were and their team did a great job with the logistics of serving a larger party. Outstanding authentic Neapolitan style pizza. The dessert (pistachio calzone) was one of the best Italian desserts I have had. The staff was also very friendly and attentive.

Hands down, the best pizza in North County. The pizzas are baked in a hand-built oven from Naples Italy and the results are delicious. Their Neapolitan style pizzas have an amazing blistered crust finish. Here you will find traditional Margherita and Pepperoni pizzas which are beautifully executed. Their Rosemary and Pistachio pizza or the Pesto and Cherry Tomato pizza are outstanding. Add some ‘Nduja to them for a real flavor bomb. Do not miss out on their Caesar Salad. It will be one the best you’ve ever tasted.
