Pretty much the worst experience I've had in a long time. I picked up my food and when I got home I noticed I was missing half my order. Tried to call to get a refund. They don't answer the phone for 15 minutes. I drive back. So now it's been 45 minutes and I ask for my food that's missing.

The manager gave me my 45 minute old food that was left on the counter, did not give me a refund, and barely offered an apology. Lesson learned I guess.

I had a very large order, that UberEats messed up, and Maria at Wingstop made it RIGHT! She went above and beyond to make an unhappy customer HAPPY! Hands down the worst Wingstop I have ever been to and for how far from the central portion of town it is absolutely not worth the drive three times in a row I pick up my food to go and I get soggy uncooked french fries cold chicken either overly oily or under seasoned I highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost I can't believe it's even still in business

This particular store has messed up my online order 2 of the last 3 times I’ve ordered most recently today. It’s online order and half the wings are completely different flavors from what I ordered then I have to fill out some form just to get someone from the store to contact me. This isn’t rocket science get it together!!! It’s only this location I’ve had issues with too

I was very skeptical of ordering here based off the reviews. It was my first time ever eating at a wingstop. I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up without having to wait at all. The wings and fries tasted excellent. The store was clean and the employees were all friendly. I have no complaints and will return again.

The wings have more oil than actual flavor. Too much oil being used the flavor runs off the classic wings and they have zero flavor. Was not worth my 35$. Had the flavor been present possibly worth the money I spent. Also where is the Lemon pepper flavor my boneless lemon pepper wings basically came as plain. The fries are always nasty that’s nothing new.

As someone from SoCal who grew up loving Wingstop this is hands down THE WORST Wingstop I have ever been to. They put low effort into their food. They don’t put extra fry seasoning when I ask them to, they barely put any seasoning in the lemon pepper wings, you have to order a side of lemon pepper sauce just to get some semblance of flavor. They forget my food constantly. And this isn’t a one time thing but happens all the time. This sucks, because it’s the only Wingstop in like 30+ miles but honestly unless you want to be disappointed, it may be worth it to either drive the 30+ miles or decide on something else

This place is always slammed. We waited way too long for our order, and there were only two employees trying to keep up with everything. You could tell they were doing their absolute best, but it was just too much for two people. Orders were running super late, and it felt pretty chaotic.

I totally respect the staff-they were working hard and staying professional-but as a restaurant owner myself, I know this isn't fair to them. The owner really needs to hire at least 3 or 4 more people. It's not just about keeping customers happy, it's about not burning out your team

Run!!! The service is the worst. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I drove to the store. Finally someone picked up, as I pulled up, and I was able to order. Store was packed. No one had food. All sitting around pissed off it was taking forever.
