Delicious and creative plant-based food combining great flavor with heart. I love the spicy Buffalo Chicken sandwich, the black bean taquitos, the Avalon burger with arugula and vegan Gouda cheese (!), and the avocado taco! Want to try everything on the menu! 5-stars for flavor, creativity, service, and location! Love Ziggy’s!!

Ziggy’s is a vegan restaurant now sharing the building with Sylvester’s. The food is delicious. The gochujang Korean fried cauliflower bowl is the very best. The cali tacos and burritos are absolutely delicious. The Ziggy burger is the best. There is also a burger and “Crunchwrap” with a homemade vegan patty. The dirty fries are so yummy. One of the best vegan shakes and one of the best vegan milkshakes is available, with a vanilla softee with strawberry and chocolate drizzle. There is a yummy ginger lemonade. The vegan food is made in a separate fryer or grill. Since Ziggy’s partnered with Sylvester’s, there are also meat burgers and fries. The salads are the best in town, and the burgers and fries are spot on. The restaurant is a little small, but it is a great casual lunch option in Paso. The food and service were excellent.
