Ordered a carne asada burrito and a chicken burrito. The burritos are big and they are stuffed with nothing but meat and some sauce. They are also inexpensive, i personally believe it lacked some flavor.

The food is good, and the cooks are nice, but the girls that work the register and answer the phone, are beyond rude and have zero customer service skill what so ever. They are very unprofessional and either hate their job or just don't know how to be respectful. We would go once or twice a week. Not only have I encountered this many times, but my husband has too. We live right down the road, and it's the closest one to us. Now we make the drive to Valley Center or Pauma Valley, where the service we receive is amazing and professional. So I'd would reconsider going here and trying one of the other Jilbertos in the area.

Place was dirty and a drunk guy there tried to fight me cause I asked to get by him to get a spoon at the salsa bar. Also salsa bar was dirty and looks slimy. My.beans where good but the chili reano stuck like feces, so I threw it away. Be careful if you go there. Very bad experience.

23 dollars for a fish and a carnitas burrito.The food has really gone downhill and the prices are crazy. FISH was just over fried batter on a micro thin piece of fish.. t00 bad.It used to be good.

I got carne asada fries yesterday afternoon on 1/30/2024 I had 2 bites and got very sick it tasted rotten I’ve been eating there for many years and never gotten sick till yesterday me and my mom she had 2 cheese enchiladas with rice and beans and also gotten sick we went to the for they said it was food poisoning and it made my illness trigger and I ended up in the er I am very upset and disappointed ?
