Food is good. The staff and atmosphere are excellent. Price is what you would expect at restaurant of this caliber. Casual dress is fine. I saw a few young kids in the patio area so kids are welcome.
We visited Hay’s Place on Veterans Day, which is always a busy time around Pebble Beach — good thing we made reservations online (super easy process).
Our server Marina was fantastic — very attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We sat outside on the patio with a fire pit, overlooking the busy Hay Golf Course, which made for a fun and lively atmosphere.

What a great addition to Pebble Beach! The menu is creative and full of flavor. The staff is attentive and will help you to make a selection. If you like extra spice try the habanero sauce! We shared the delicious Elote roasted corn and the Birra (Short Rib) tacos. WOW! Plus, you are sitting next to the golf course with a view of the bay in the distance. It does not get any better than this!
