“They were in Valley Center today and I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the burgers.

I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner — genuinely wonderful people, with the whole family involved in running the business. Aside from how kind everyone was, everything about the food truck felt polished and thoughtfully done.

The burger absolutely did not disappoint. I had one with everything on it exactly the way they serve it, and it was incredible. We also got a plain burger for my daughter — no sauce, not even cheese, exactly how she likes it. She didn’t finish hers, so I got a chance to try the patty completely on its own, and the meat quality was genuinely solid.

Definitely worth checking out if you see them around, and I really hope they make their way back through Valley Center often.“

“What a cool place! Yummy food and great cocktails! Awesome service. The interior has tons of photos and memorabilia. Lots of history here! It has a pool and lots of spots to relax and watch the skydivers. Gift shop, indoor tunnel and lessons available. Can't wait to come back!“

“Super convenient spot right off the 215 freeway at Nuevo Rd with plenty of parking. Just note that while they advertise being open 24 hours, they actually seem to close around 9 PM based on a previous visit. The parking lot was buzzing this Friday night, likely thanks to the new Target that just opened up in the plaza! Inside, everything was clean and well-kept. The kitchen did an amazing job, my 'Sirloin Steak Tips' were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Pair that with fresh coffee and their fluffy 'Cinnamon Dippers', and it was a killer meal. The real star was our server, Filiberto. Even though he was flying solo during the dinner rush, he took care of everyone seamlessly and with an awesome attitude. He made sure we had everything we needed. Don't forget to check the IHOP app for deals before you go. Definitely coming back to this location!“

“I ordered a double bacon guacamole Burger the meat patties were so huge I've never seen anybody serve them that big I will never order a double burger again it was too much LOL but I will be getting a single burger next time for sure and the fries are so good“
