“My Mom and I regularly frequent the restaurant in Murrieta. We so look forward to seeing the amazing staff. Every time we go it feels like we are at a party. We especially love waiter Lee. He is a credit to Sizzler. He is always upbeat, fun and attentive. He makes celebrating a birthday or anniversary a really good time, and we love to sing with him to celebrate the other customers. We also want to give a shout out to Mercedes who is also one of our favorites. Then there's manager Guillermo. He is so pleasant and always present on the dining room floor. He makes us feel like family along with manager John. They are always checking in to make sure we have everything we need. The next area of excellence is the food. Always fresh, bountiful and delicious. They keep the food buffet and the salad bar immaculately clean and full. The bus staff is always keeping the tables clean once customers have left, you never see a table with dirty dishes for very long. In fact the entire restaurant is always clean including the floors. That location is really setting the standard of how all restaurant visits should be.“

“Applebee’s has really changed over the years! Food is always GREAT! Our waitress, Kathryn was AMAZING! She brought out another pop without me even asking for a refill! Brought out the condiments BEFORE the meal! Place is always spotless and just a great place to come and enjoy a meal! The manager, Ms.C (the manager) is always friendly and is always there to answer any questions! And one more thing, the prices are VERY reasonable! So glad we reunited ourselves with Applebee’s!“

“Yesterday, I went to pick up a to-go order and noticed that the employee managing the dining area was handling multiple tables by herself. She appeared very stressed, which I understand, and I don't blame her for being busy. My concern is that the attention given to pickup orders seemed to be overlooked.

After waiting patiently, she asked for the name on my order and informed me that they were finishing it up. However, by that point, I had already been there for nearly an hour and still had not received my food. She remained focused on the dine-in customers and later told me she would get my order right away.

What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. When my food was finally ready, it was simply left on a counter/table without anyone letting me know. The employee did not hand me the order or acknowledge that it was ready, and instead immediately returned to serving other customers.

I understand that busy shifts can be overwhelming, but all customers deserve the same level of service and communication, whether they are dining in or picking up an order. I hope this was just an unusually stressful day and that greater attention can be given to pickup customers in the future. The experience felt unprofessional, and my order was not handled with the care and attention I expected.“

“Honeycutt Farms is a breath taking experience, from the amazing bacon pancakes I've had 3 days in a row without hesitation to the immaculate service and the polite waitresses. This place has been an amazing experience and I totally recommend if you are up for an amazing breakfast or lunch served by the most kind waitresses you have ever met. I have spent my last handful of mornings here and it has been an outstanding experience.“

“Historically, The Hat in Alhambra, CA, has been our go-to spot since the 90’s. It was a nice surprise to see one in Murrieta! My wife and I decided to go for our always favorite Pastrami Chili Fries, a Chili Cheeseburger and our daughter had her favorite Cheeseburger. The place is roomier, and spotless with a welcoming vibe thanks to the Night Crew that offered a superb service. Managers, please keep this in mind. You have an excellent team there and we will return for more The Hat!“

“Don't let the appearance fool you, this isn't just a strip mall restaurant. It's a stand alone restaurant that just happens to be in a strip mall. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner with American and Mexican choices. Great meatloaf, delicious omelettes, amazing albondigas soup, soul warming chili, I could go on. Coke products for the win. We visit weekly and I'm always excited to go because I know I'm going to eat well.“

“Very good-quality food at a reasonable price, and the owner is incredibly nice and welcoming. I’m normally not a big fan of teriyaki, but this restaurant completely changed my perception. The beef ribs and sliced steak were absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared with great quality.

We ordered a lot of food and planned to take some home, but we ended up eating everything because it was just that delicious! And the sauce was insanely good—we couldn’t get enough of it.

“I’ve been to Flame Broiler multiple times and it has honestly become one of those places I can count on when I want something quick that still tastes good and doesn’t feel heavy. The food is always fresh, the portions are solid, and everything is consistent every time I go. That consistency alone keeps me coming back.

Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and willing to answer questions about the menu. You can tell they take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
