Biikho Colombian street food

Biikho Colombian Street Food is an absolutely insane food truck, in the best way possible, offering a new and different taste. It is not just a food truck but an experience, with top tier food, people, and energy. The food is absolutely delicious, scrumptious, amazing, fresh, mouth watering, and bursting with flavor. It is cooked to perfection and clearly made with care and pride, the kind that makes you stop mid-bite to appreciate it. Many dishes are highlighted. The Colombian empanadas, especially the beef empanadas, are a favorite, described as crispy, flaky, flavorful, unforgettable, and bomb. The corn dough makes them extra tasty. The arepas are also amazing and bomb; the Beef Arepa has a shell that is crunchy outside and soft inside with tender, delicious shredded beef. The hearty bandeja paisa is scrumptious, and they offer a mini bandeja paisa as a novel take. The Billy Dog, or Colombian hot dog, is a flavor explosion with many textures. Other items include a burger with pineapple and bacon, amazing fries, obleas, mini arepas, and Colombian slushies and sodas. The sauces are delicious, including a green sauce and the Biikho sauce or aji. The customer service is amazing, great, and 10/10, with incredibly hospitable, sweet, and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to welcome customers, offer samples, and provide flexibility. The food truck is found just on weekends by Target off the 91 freeway in Riverside, a hidden gem. They also have a store on D Street in Perris and cater events. Overall, Biikho is an unforgettable, authentic, and highly recommended place that does NOT disappoint. You will be hooked after your first bite.
