Hasbrowns are super hard. Not sure if they are sitting under the warmer for too long.. the team prepping orders should have a little more common sense and know those aren't good to put on orders
This places is great I would give them 8/10 in how fast they get ur food for you and you are not wait longer then 10mins so thats good
