Went after work to get my dad a black coffee and I was given an order for someone else. My fault that I didn't check until I was almost home. I called the store and expressed my experience and they were quick to offer me a replaced for tomorrow when I get off from work. That was very nice and I truly appreciated it as a fellow customer service person. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue at hand.

Same great coffee and attentive personnel, but… wanted to meet my daughter for a nice morning bike ride and thought this would be a good place to meet. Except, there are no tables or chairs, not even outside. Had to sit outside in the curb while we drank our coffee. I think this is the first Starbucks to not welcome dine-in guests, not really sure why. Hopefully this is not the chain’s future business model.
