The place was a lot kooler back in the day when Gino worked there, but now it seems as if the bartenders at night have some sort of hierarchy and love to take their sweet time to serve you especially if you're not one of their regular patrons or tipping them 5 bucks for every drink. I would call the bartender blunt rather than rude. It's a dive bar so consider it part of the experience. The bar was well stocked & I got a Bear Republic Racer 5 for $6 which wasn't at all bad.

February 2023

Date night started off at this delightful dive bar in downtown Petaluma. Smokers languishing on the back stairs, overlooking the river, indicated this was our kinda place. Inside, we scored $6 pints of beer, and plugged bills into the overpriced juke box, while a cheery group of millennials commandeered the 2 pool tables. We didn't sample the small menu of bar food ($3 corn dogs, $4 cheeseburgers, etc). We'll definitely be back!
