“As we’re always in search of burnt ends, you need look no further than Sauced. They’re delicious and not fatty. We were tired of being on the 101 and escaped to Petaluma on our way to Napa. We saw the sign and the Restaurant did not disappoint. Try the sweet potato casserole side as it complements the barbecue sauce with its dessert level of sweetness.“

“Food came out really fast! It was all really delicious. I got the roasted chicken combo. So much food and all delicious. My favorite part was the rice. It tasted like it was cooked in chicken drippings! So good! If I can hear again, I would get the sweet plantain (maduros) bc I took some of my mom’s and I liked it more than the fried green plantain (tostones).
We ate outside and there were some wasps flying around us but other than that it was a really enjoyable experience. Maybe put some wasp traps up?“
