I frequent this location almost daily, so I will start by saying the team is super friendly and welcoming! This post is to share a recent appalling experience and lack of quality. I watched a customer pick up her mobile order, take a few sips and tell the manager (who was the barista at the time), that it does not taste right. The manager then dumped her drink into a new cup, put my label on it and tried to give to me! No refreshing of ice, simply dump and reuse. I am shocked...read full review

It's clean and the staff are nice but for some reason, this location takes at least twice as long as anywhere else be been. It never seems overcrowded and I always mobile order here but it still takes at least 5 minutes after the mobile order time.

I'm pleased with the staff they have in this Starbucks right now. You can tell they all are happy and want to be there to make your coffee. I just want whoever orders the straws to bring the plastic ones back. Their paper straws are very narrow, you can't get a Frappuccino up through them and they Disintegrate while your trying.
