We dined at Taps On The River for the first time last evening. I was so impressed with the service and friendly atmosphere. We chose our table inside by the large windows that looked out on the River. Our server was Jessica and she was simply wonderful. She was very attentive throughout the meal but not intrusive (give this lady a raise!). The food was wonderful. Plenty of choices for all.
