We visited Husch while vacationing in nearby Mendocino. Picked Husch because of their pinot and cab focus, but enjoyed all of the wines we tasted. You will be in luck if Steven is in the tasting room! So much knowledge to impart about the growing regions, wines, winemakers, history of Husch - it was really a treat to hear it all, which of course lead us to join the wine club. Can’t wait for our first shipment!
We love visiting Husch Vinyard, it is a joy and they make us feel like family each time we return. The wines are fantastic, and Ranata really makes the experience memorable!
Husch really makes a trip to Anderson Valley a must-do destination!!! Make the time, it is totally worth it!!!
Had a great tasting at beautiful Husch Vineyards with Ken, who was full of great stories and fun conversation. Love the wines, lots of variety, great prices and no tasting fee. This is is how wine tasting should be!
Super cozy winery, with great selection of wines to try or to grab a bottle and with some bites at their picnic tables. Totally recommended
We had a lovely tasting at Husch Vineyard. I have a great variety of both whites and reds. Husch has a laid back atmosphere but it’s a very friendly winery and extremely picturesque.
We enjoyed our tasting room wine expert Steven, so knowledgeable of all aspects of their wine history of vineyards. They have beautiful gardens too. Excellent wine!
Stephen/Steven was our wonderful host, helped make the experience a total opposite from their neighbors across the street! Laid back but fun, very informative, and unique to any experience you could get from Napa or Sonoma. We loved the dry gewurztraminer and muscat canelli!
A gem of a place. Excellent wines, Lovely place, easy going vibes and friendly folks
Beautiful, rustic and real tasting room, delicious wines and great, friendly staff! A must visit.
Wine and service are amazing! Will definitely come back and recommend! 🍷

Steven spent a lot of time with us explaining the history of this family-owned winery and the types of wine that are made here. We loved the property and the intimate feeling. Oh... some really great wines too. We did a tasting and purchased 4 bottles to go.
Husch Vineyards and Winery offers a charming, picturesque experience in the heart of Anderson Valley. The setting is serene, with stunning views of the vineyards and mountains. Their wine selection is diverse and expertly crafted, with standout reds and crisp whites. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just looking for a peaceful escape, Husch is a must-visit destination.
Have been wine club members for over 10 years.
This Wine club is very flexible.
They have many offerings including a Chenin Blanc that reminds us of fine French Vouvray.
They aim to please
We visited Husch for a wine tasting experience in Jan 2025 when we were in Mendocino and enjoyed the wine and the tasting experience. We had visited Husch in 1987 when the wine industry was a very different world. We enjoyed it then, but moved to So Cal and had not been back. We had occasion to drive through the Anderson Valley again in Feb, and decided we were not going to go wine tasting, but I told my wife I just wanted to stop at Husch. The winery and tasting room experience was great. It is low key- we did not need a reservation, walk in was fine. The wine is great and reasonably priced ($40 to $60 for reds; we especially like the Knoll Pinot and affordable Cabs). We are not big white wine drinkers, but also liked the Sauv. Blanc and the Chardonnay, and loved the last harvest Gewurt. The winery still has the same feel as it did in ‘87- simple and unpretentious, excellent wine, reasonable prices.
Fantastic winery outside of Philo California! Great wines at a great price. I always stop here. The free tasting , beautiful setting and award winning wines make this winery second to none.
