A beautiful, dog-friendly winery in Anderson Valley with gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating. The wine tasting was excellent, and Mary, our sommelier, was great at explaining all the wines. A great find in Anderson Valley and a must-stop if you’re driving through Highway 128!

Handley Cellars offers a friendly atmosphere with great service and a relaxing view. The wines are fruity, with some being particularly enjoyable, such as the 2018 Zinfandel. The winery is dog-friendly, featuring a visually pleasing tasting room and a tranquil patio with plenty of shade. Guests appreciate the down-to-earth decor and the knowledgeable, welcoming staff who provide helpful guidance, including assistance with shipping bottles. The tasting experience is very informative, and visitors can enjoy level 2 charging for their EVs while sipping. The vineyard and tasting room are beautiful, and the wines are really nice, especially for those who prefer dry wines. The "seafood and sips" pairing was delightful, and the heavy tasting pours impressed visitors. Overall, Handley Cellars is praised for its genuine hospitality, impeccable service, and being super dog-friendly.
