We’ve been ordering pizza from Rio’s for sometime and the pizza is really good. Customer service was always great until recently. If your order is over $50 you have to pay over the phone which is new. I get it things change, but the overall attitude I felt was a “take it or leave it” When I picked up my order, the employees didn’t make you feel welcome. Let’s hope the customer service improves if not I’ll have to take my business elsewhere
I made the mistake of not ordering online. Walked in no menu to order from but the employee helped me through it. Only 2 chairs to sit and wait. Pizza was OK. I thought that bread was kind of rubbery. Wings had no issues.

What a great pizza!! After the first bite, I was really impressed! They were really nice when i was ordering! The guy who took my order was all set, ready to go! little less than 30 minutes to get a medium pepperoni fresh from the oven! They know what theyre doing! I'll be sure to return again!! Thanks!!
