A perfect quick stop, I even came in 30 minutes to close and without hesitation they whipped up one of the tastiest falafel wraps(The #18 on the right side of the menu) on the central coast. All of their sauces have distinct and delicious flavors and I can't recommend them more.
The food was amazing and the people making the food were great. It is part of a liquor store so atmosphere is not bad, you're still near the beach and there are benches in front so you can enjoy your fresh meal on the spot. I wasn't a fan of the grape wrap rice but worth trying out. The gyro was bomb. I wish they had some spicy taking sauce. I like more flavors
The Green Olive has officially become my go-to takeout spot in Pismo Beach. The food is fresh, flavorful, and travels incredibly well, making it perfect for grabbing on the way to a beach picnic.
One of the unexpected perks is that the counter is tucked inside a liquor store, which makes it super convenient to pick up your meal along with drinks or any last-minute picnic essentials in one stop.

The Green Olive is a small kitchen setup inside a liquor store. Some people walk right past it because of the location, but it is a hidden gem. The food is some of the best middle eastern food you'll find. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and flavorful. The rice and hummus were out of this world, and the green dipping sauce with the pita was incredible. The chicken shawarma wrap was exceptionally flavorful. The falafel shawarma, chicken shawarma plate, and salad plate were also delicious and fresh, not too spicy. They understand vegan and can make their vegetarian dishes into vegan meals. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the service is fast. Best for take out as they only have a few table benches outside. The prices are comparable to a typical restaurant. Highly recommend for a delicious meal and fun experience. Don’t let the location fool you.
