I placed an order for a photo cake and received a call today that they cannot do it. I told them I ordered one on September 1st and they were able to do it. Now I have to wait 7-14 business days to get my money back. That's a false advertisement. They cannot give a reason why. They told me they can make the cake just not the photo one then what is the point of ordering a photo cake? I will never order from this store anymore.
Eddie shouldn’t be in your store his customer service is below 0,he’s rude and not able to listen. My door dash order iwas soup when we got the order hot fudge should have been served on the side. Which what was being explained to Eddie. Yet his corporate ownership attitude straight from the street is tone was ugly..
