“Very quiet and efficient inside the restaurant. Everyone knew their job and despite being busy at that time, no one got in each other's way. Very nice teamwork .

Parking: There is not much parking right up next to the building, unless you are handicapped, which was actually nice to see. I parked in the area closest to the door which meant I had to walk from my car across to lanes of parking lot traffic and across the drive-thru lane to get to the walkway that led to the door. It really was not bad at all.“

“They don't answer their phone! I had a fraudulent order placed on my account for $66.00 worth of food just a little bit ago. I tried to call multiple times to report this theft and no one answered. And there is no Jack in the Box Customer Service number to talk to someone.“

“I wish they would have to old play place but like the one in west pitt, Oakley/Antioch McDonald's i don't that restaurants are getting rid of the play place for kids to be if I'm going to a food restaurant and my kids aren't getting a toy and a place to play why go there then as a parent if i want to dine as restaurants and not my kids place it wouldn't be a fast food place. Also the decor should be undate it looks ugly and they should add fun chairs for kids like they did back in the day as a child I love tho also i add like the touch screens they added understand why but I didn't like them there. By having them there your adding screen time to children which isn't good already
