I could see the cooks in the back , when making our food - they wore gloves, and also had masks, They too were also very friendly- One of the cooks Name was Saul I believe.. Very friendly person came and brought our food to our table , and kindly asked if we needed anything else ! Made sure everything was the way we ordered it … I would definitely recommend stopping by ..“

“This particular restaurant is always empty. I don't actually know how it stays in business. But! That just means you can be in and out in two minutes. Sandwiches are consistently well-made, and the employees have always been helpful, nice, and efficient (which is what I appreciate most). I've eaten here more times than I care to admit, but a perfect place for a sandwich if you're in the area!“

“Got out of Oakland Zoo and found this place next to a liquor store but the food is deceptively tasteful vs the neighborhood. We order 2 gyros and a lamb bowl. Besides the ample portion, the meats (lamb, steak and chicken) are well marinated and tender. The lamb is not gamy at all. The fries that come with the order are so seasoned such that ketchup would actually ruin it.

Will definitely revisit next time I visit the zoo.“

I greatly advise stopping in and giving it a try, there's nothing I've ever been disappointed in ordering since I've been coming about seven or so years ago, on and off.

The staff are all friendly, but make it before the 20 minutes til close time, they usually lock doors if there's a big enough lull, as I would do if I owned a place like this

“Stopped by while driving through the area and wasn't familiar with the style of Chinese food or the terminology of the menu, but the woman at the counter explained which menu item was chow mein. Placed my customized order for chicken chow mein (they were out of pork) and used their restroom. I was delighted with the restroom because so many businesses are closing them to the public these days. Came out of the restroom and they were still cooking my dish! They apparently make most of their dishes to order instead of premaking the dishes and keeping them warm. When I got out to my car, the chow mein was so hot I burned my mouth a little bit! I've never had Chinese that fresh in my life! The seasoning was very good and not at all like what I am used to. If you are looking for traditional, boring Chinese food, you don't want to come here. However, if you are interested in fresh Chinese food that's doing it's own thing, give this place a try! The only regret I have is that the portions aren't bigger, because I could have eaten a lot more it was so good!“

“Yes, this place is inside a Chevron store. I've had Kristy Krunchy Chicken twice now. It's pretty good. This time, I found a deal that I liked: 8 pieces of chicken for $13.29. I believe the last time I got 4 pieces and a biscuit for $9.99.

As soon as I got home, I devoured two pieces. They were crunchy, juicy and a bit spicy. Last time with the 4 pieces, I felt the chicken was a little dry, but perhaps this time it didn't sit out for too long. It made a big difference. They have more than 4 sauces, but I only asked for sweet & sour and barbecue. The sauces were not bad, but they tasted very similar. I hope it wasn’t due to the high fructose corn syrup, but oh well. Yeah, I’ll go back again.“

“This is the first time ordering here and I was greeted by a tiny young girl who was so charming and polite. She answered all my questions and helped me decide what to try. I ordered one hot dog, half cheese and half hot dog. So as I was waiting I spotted their menu and had to order boneless chicken and fries. All three items were delicious. Now I'm having trouble breathing because my tank is too full. But what impressed me the most was the girl kindness and professionalism. I wish more establishments would hire people of her caliber. “Alright, my recommendation is to always, but always order from the BK app before purchasing. Why? Free any fries one day, $3 Whoppers on Wednesdays, and all sorts of other deals. Order from the app ( I always ask for less ketchup so they make it fresh), go to the drive thru window and give them your name. Fastest,freshest, and cheapest ordering technique for sure. Food is always fresh and employees are nice. Give them a shot!“

“We ate guacamole bacons here and they were very very good; I went with my sister to catch up and it was very clean and the food was delivered very fast. The cashier helped us find what to get since we were very indecisive at the beginning! The bathrooms were surprisingly clean and they even made sure that it was smelling good kinda like peppeint candy? Haha the whole point, it was real good and we are gonna meet up again in the same place!

Vegetarian options: My brother doesn't like going to places since they don't all have vegetarian options but we found out that this place has a vegetarian burger and a few more vegetarian sides which was extremely nice and comforting

The staff, though kind, how to say this without folks taking offense.... spoke quickly and had thick accents. I've no problem with it, but the folks I was there with are both Hard-of-Hearing, and the staff didn't bother to slow down in order to help them understand. I have a hard time with that and feel sensitivity training is sorely lacking in a lot of businesses, this one included.

Kid-friendliness: Not much for a kid to do here but eat. There are high chairs, though. And lots of napkins if your little (or you) makes a mess.“
