Wonderful Peeps.. I smile when I leave.. Food is good. Been coming there since '91 mgr now is great... Ana,Flor,Aldrin, All fabs. :D
This reviews is not on the food. Jack in the box is jack in the box on that topic. I think you pretty much know what you are getting when you go. However, at 10 PM after a movie in Walnut Creek your options are very limited!!!!
As a person who works in a luxury hotel and studies 5 star service I enjoy giving a shot out to people who do a great job. I had to call back to get this gentleman's name lucky for me he answered the phone.

I have only used the drive through so far. Make frequent trips to a nearby hospital. Drive through service is quick, and they do a relatively good job on the food. Particularly good toast job on the sourdough buns when requested. Overall clean and easy in, easy out.

Jack In The Box is a reliable fast food chain with great customer service and consistently hot and well-prepared items. The crunchy tacos are a favorite, and the "Jack Pack" promo is a genius combination of a crunchy taco, jumbo Jack w/ cheese, curly fries, and a drink. The restaurant has plenty of parking, is kid-friendly with highchairs available, and has wheelchair accessibility. The drive-thru is convenient and open late for late-night cravings.
