Has good days but often has really bad days. They can be empty and drinks take longer than when they're busy. Placed online orders and the interior was closed without warning and had to use the long line in the drive through to get drinks I paid for.

I mobile ordered at this location. The manager said they were running 15 behind on drinks. They were slammed in there with orders. The manager was firendly and very apologetic. He then walked around and gave everyone waiting $4 couple for our next drinks for the inconvenience. I thought that was so thoughtful. I used to go to the Starbucks in Oakley off Main Street before I got to work but wasn't to happy with them as they got my order wrong a lot, so I started to go to this one since it's on my way and right off the freeway and Easy for me to go back on the freeway.
