The food is really good. The service is courteous and prompt. It is usually busy, but the line moves at a good pace. The atmosphere is decent. Im guessing things get a little backed up during busy times, so the restock process happened after I left. The bathroom door in the far corner could use some help.

Just went in to grab a burrito for the drive home. They were out of almost everything at 5:30. There was a bit of carnitas left, enough for one burrito, but instead of throwing it all on mine the girl just gave me a pinch of meat to stretch it... never going back again. Just go to one of the taco shops around the area

Shrinking burritos :( I don't eat a lot in one sitting, so I used to eat half my burrito for dinner and the other half for lunch, however they are so small now I eat it all for dinner. They used yo be huge, and now the size of a coke can. I thought I ordered a burrito supreme ;( If it's true that the portions haven't changed, per the CEO, then staff needs training at this location. I love the idea of Chipotle, but dang the magic shrinking burrito trick sucks.

Was told they were out of white rice, I asked how long would it take to make and the guy said we don’t have any right now. Then they said there out for the day it’s the middle of the day at 4:00 pm how are you out of white rice?? Funny thing is I would of waited for them to simply make it but they couldn’t care less

Food and service is great. My only complaint, please hire more staff. Every time I go to this chipotle they seem understaffed. Other than that, everything else is great.

The African American woman (i don't know her name) that works here is so beyond disrespectful. Her customer service skills are absolutely horrible! My husband came home from work 2 days later and said she was rude to him too when he went in on his lunch. This has happened NUMEROUS times and its beyond unprofessional. Don't work in customer service if you're a rude miserable human being.

Really disappointed in the meat portion. The smallest Chipotle meat serving I ever received. The girl serving told me it was a ten minute wait for honey chicken and suggested I get something else. I only came in for the honey chicken and since it was 1.5 hours before closing I figured I would ask for what I wanted. I felt that the girl serving was annoyed about the fact that I didn't change my order. Then gave me the smallest meat portion on the burrito bowl. When I inquired about it, she was so rude to me in front of other customers too. It was so disrespectful, I couldn't enjoy my meal. I love Chipotle but will never have this girl serve me again

I was really hungry when I came here in my lunch with my co worker. The lady making my bowl was really sweet , but the darker skin cashier girl was really rude. And had no patience. You can tell she was clearly irritated. Disrespectful.

Once again, Chipotle is back to small portions after public backlash in the last year. Really disappointed with the TINY amount of meat on my burrito. This is probably the last time I'll come back and overpay for a skimpy burrito

I work super late sometimes and Chipotle is one of the one of the only places in town open past 8pm that's isn't McDonald's. The rice here is always undercooked or stale and everytime you walk in there and say hi you either get ignored or a bunch of weird looks from the staff. You kinda hope the next time you go it'll be a normal chipotle again but it's just weird looks for the last year or so.

Always good and usually quick, just wanted to apologize to the young female worker I annoyed to the point of getting snapped at 😅 I know your job is hard and people suck. If you don’t want me I ask you about beans 4 times then please answer loud enough so I can hear you, hang in there
Would rate 0 if possible, we came and they told us to wait 10min for the chicken to get ready and then after 5min told another lady it’s going to be 10min. We just decided on no chicken but then messed up on the beans, they put both instead of Pinto.

I’ve had mixed experiences here in the past but today I had a great one. I messed up my mobile order and it didn’t go through. I neglected to figure this out until it wasn’t at the pick up area. The gal running mobile orders totally took pity on me and make my food anyway. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so she saved my butt. Thank you my chipotle hero!!!

I ordered two bowls. One was fine but the other only got at most a third of a scoop of the empty steak container. I go back in with the bowl untouched and kindly ask for more steak when they put a normal portion in a cup and charge me another 6 dollars for a normal amount of steak to be on my bowl.
