Chipotle Mexican Grill

I work super late sometimes and Chipotle is one of the one of the only places in town open past 8pm that's isn't McDonald's. The rice here is always undercooked or stale and everytime you walk in there and say hi you either get ignored or a bunch of weird looks from the staff. You kinda hope the next time you go it'll be a normal chipotle again but it's just weird looks for the last year or so.

Always good and usually quick, just wanted to apologize to the young female worker I annoyed to the point of getting snapped at 😅 I know your job is hard and people suck. If you don’t want me I ask you about beans 4 times then please answer loud enough so I can hear you, hang in there

Would rate 0 if possible, we came and they told us to wait 10min for the chicken to get ready and then after 5min told another lady it’s going to be 10min. We just decided on no chicken but then messed up on the beans, they put both instead of Pinto.

I’ve had mixed experiences here in the past but today I had a great one. I messed up my mobile order and it didn’t go through. I neglected to figure this out until it wasn’t at the pick up area. The gal running mobile orders totally took pity on me and make my food anyway. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so she saved my butt. Thank you my chipotle hero!!!

I ordered two bowls. One was fine but the other only got at most a third of a scoop of the empty steak container. I go back in with the bowl untouched and kindly ask for more steak when they put a normal portion in a cup and charge me another 6 dollars for a normal amount of steak to be on my bowl.

Terrible customer service and manager. Wont be returning.

I eat at Chipotle A LOT, but it might be ruined for me. I always get the agua fresca but this time it tasted really off, like it was moldy or something. I let the staff know and she said the machine was down and it just needed to be stirred, so she stirred it and I tried it again. Same seriously gross taste. I'm so grossed out that I'm not sure if I'll ever eat at Chipotle again. Nothing from a food establishment should EVER taste like that.

Good place to eat at! And quick service usually 4/5* stars. But i will say there app is lacking in my opinion ordering and the whole point system is weird also should be more promo on there !

Stopped by this chipotle while on the road. Service was great, portions sizes were good.

The chicken was gamey though and the aguas frescas tasted a little off and were warm.

Came in to purchase a burrito, was told by Zayn that they were out of cheese. When I asked the girl at the register, how come she brought out cheese from the back for a customer that was buying bowls right before me (from the looks, she knew the two boys), I was rudely cut off by Zayn and told that even if they had cheese in the back, it was to be held for online orders. So online orders are more important than in store orders. This Chipotle used to be good. However, there needs to be new management brought in and definitely a new set of employees. Won't be back.

They said their grill was “down,” and they had no meat. Then why stay open??? Close the whole store down for the day.

Paid $40 for 6 carnita tacos 2 bags chips and salsa. We have always gotten tacos. This time the prices were higher... ok, I get that. Prices are higher everywhere but the meat portion was next to none for all but 1 taco. Outrageous. Tipping doesn't matter either apparently. Horrible! Fix the portion sizes like they used to be or close your doors. What a rip off!

We ordered online and when we got there we were told that there was no order under our name. I had to pull up the confirmation and wait.. then when we got our food it was wrong and two items were missing. Trying to call and speak to a rep was near impossible and the online chat not only let you do one complaint or missing item. We had already driven 20 minutes home after a long day and didn’t have the energy to drive back. Super frustrating after a long day and for such expensive food. Do add, they “corrected” their errors by sending us “free” chips and guac but you can only use one at a time and they expire. What a joke.
