The subs are worth the wait when the place is jamming at lunch rush, but that's when you order through the app and can earn free stuff! However, you do that at the cost of losing conversation with the AMAZING employees! Everyone is extremely friendly and I've honestly never seen such an example of cohesive teamwork as I've seen at this location!
I can’t get over how AMAZINGLY kindhearted the workers are at the Placerville location. I bring in a teenage partially nonverbal special needs girl I caretake for and the workers will communicate to her even though she doesn’t really know how to talk back. She is actually trying to hold a conversation with them because they keep talking even if they don’t understand her!! Glad that they got a JM in Placerville. Had them in Florida when i was living there and used to love their BLTs. Waited until the hype died down and got a mini #9 mikes way minus tomatoes. Also ordered a side of chipotle mayo and buffalo sauce to dip. Sandwich was packed and delicious. Deli meat was fresh. Mikes way makes the sandwich pretty "juicy".
