I love this dunkin up until now. The owner says hi and ask how im doing everything I see her. But the so called manager is super rude and creepy. Hes a male Karen on a power trip. I go to the drive thru, it says the lemonade iced tea is $1.79 on the app. Now if its a deal, it will say it on the app. This is just the normal price. The guy says through the speaker it is about $4 and to order on the app to get that price. Im over here thinking he didnt hear the exact wording I said. So I go inside instead since i cannot order on the app, my goal was to price check it with another employee. Immediately he comes to take my order, I tell him that id like to speak with another employee and so he replies that he is the manager and if I want my order taken, hes gonna take it. Even though I was fine waiting for the girl to finish up and there was zero line. I tell him again I want to speak to another employee, he says he has the right to refuse service and does he need to call the cops? So im like go ahead and I asked the lady to let the manager know to talk to me next time I come in. Like I really dont understand why this guy is on a power trip and refused to let me speak to anyone else. I wasnt rude, I didnt use any bad language, dude is just a petty Karen. Curly black/brown hair, working around 4:55 on oct 6th, 2025. Even if I was somehow wrong, there is zero reason to not let me order from someone else... Hella creepy. @owner please check cameras so you know who you employeed and so this stores reputation isn't ruined as you are very nice.

A little messy inside tables all over the place and food crumbles on chairs and floor. Maybe someone just left , but no other customer was inside except me. Couple workers Behind counter perhaps they were flooded at the drive through? Other than that it’s nice with a full amount of sweets- it was nice to not see it half empty like most donut spots at this time of the day (6pm). Staff always nice. Still has the new feel hope to keep it tbat.

I have had a pleasant experience every time I go. I grew up in Quincy Massachusetts and have been to rhe original Dunkin Donuts many times. This Dunkin is just as good. People go treat yourself.

The workers are lazy..came in at 8:00 pm and 3 customers in front of me asked for hot fudge and she was scraping the bottom to get fudge and i asked for hot fudge and she said she's all out for tonight when they don't close for another 2 hours.what a joke

Worst doughnuts I have ever eaten. Save your money and buy Hostess at the grocery store. By far better taste and quality. Got a half dozen and they gave me 5. They were all the same bread consistency. They were dry and had a chemical like flavor (apple fritter, jelly, strawberry) waste of money.
