Have loved freshmex for a long time. Even though they have been downsized to a food truck, the quality is still amazing! The food is so delicious and the workers are always happy to serve! Can't wait to see how they thrive in the future ^^
I did not get a chance to eat here but my truck had a coolant leak and broke down in Placerville. I managed to get to the O'Reilly Auto Parts near this restaurant. Two of the employees at Freshmex Express were very helpful. One of them helped me figure out where the leak was and I was able to get the parts I needed. He even went above and beyond and did the repair for me. Thanks so much!!!
It’s a taqueria with a compact menu. The interior is clean and simple, basic. But I sure dig their barbacoa… both the chili verde and chile colarado. It has a good depth of flavors.
