I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Golden Waffle Cafe in Placerville, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. I ordered the California omelet, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best omelets I've ever had. The combination of avocado, tomato, and melted cheese was simply divine, and the eggs were cooked to perfection.
