Independent Restaurant & Bar offers great food and excellent service. The menu features a range of dishes, including prawns, ribeye, filet, and cheese platter. The strawberry tiramisu is a standout dessert option. Prices are at the high end, with a cheese burger and fries costing $25 and a pint of IPA $12. While the ribeye can be inconsistent, the fillet minion is always good. The chef knows what they're doing, and the dishes are cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service is spot on, and the ambience is great, with nice outdoor seating and indoor areas.
