We got food poisoning from this location on December 12, 2025. We ordered the southwest grilled chicken salad.

We began to feel ill almost immediately. The salad was fine until we got to the corn that was added to the salad. Something smelled rotten and began to taste foul. When I picked the salad apart, we discovered that the corn smelled like it had gone rancid, tasted bad, and was slimy to the touch.

We felt nauseous immediately and then we experienced worsening food poisoning symptoms within a couple of hours.

On top of employees frequently acting rude and orders being incorrect often, now I have concerns about food safety and cleanliness. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Waited 25 mins for one order, same with the people before me. Not enough employees and they struggle during a quick rush on a sat afternoon

Came in here at 6 when they close at 10. Plenty of workers, ordered a sandwich, a milkshake and mozzarella sticks. Took them a total of 31 minutes to get me and my friends food. Drive through has a decent amount of cars but for the amount of people in here my food should have been out within 10 minutes most. Workers are rude, I was not aware that there was a kiosk at the desk and one of the workers just yelled at us saying “if you’re paying cash use the kiosk”. Absolutely ridiculous. There was a line to get to the kiosk and people behind us were even more furious.

Came through the drive through, no one else was in line and the lady at the speaker was rude off the bat, which is nothing new here but we come up to the window, the girl behind the window was an older white woman and was shaking her head before opening the window, opens it, says the total and i hand her 19$ in cash (mostly 1$ from tips from my job) and she holds up the money after taking it and starts waving it in the air and says “oh hey look at this” and laughs, guessing she was talking to the person that took our order… If you can’t have the simple decency to do your miserable customer service job, then find one that doesn't require you to interact with people or handle their money with respect.
It is unprofessional and frankly insulting for an employee to ridicule a customer’s legal tender. If the sight of dollar bills is too much trouble, perhaps your cash handling procedures need an urgent review. I’m sure none of them can care less anyways, considering the manager was there at the time. So dismissive and disrespectful, but again nothing new here.

I’m normally very patient with this location because it’s often understaffed and I understand that can slow things down. I’ve never minded waiting. But today crossed a line. While I was standing at the counter waiting for my order, I could clearly hear the staff in the back talking loudly about my food, calling my order “stupid” and making comments about one of the altered items being “gross.”

They weren’t whispering, they were talking so loudly that both I and the front counter employee heard every word. It was rude, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing to be talked about like that while standing right there.

If the staff doesn’t want to make the food customers pay for, or can’t speak respectfully within earshot, then something is seriously wrong with how this place is being managed. Being understaffed is one thing. Being openly disrespectful to customers is another.

I don’t expect perfection, and I understand how busy and stressful food service can be. But basic courtesy goes a long way. I hope management can address this so future customers aren’t made to feel embarrassed or disrespected while simply waiting for their food.

Nasty. Absolutely nasty. Burger was a pile of gross grease with rubbery, vinegar smelling cheese. The fries were meh but gross. I watched a lady grab fries to pur them into the holder WITHOUT gloves. The chicken sandwich was dry. And i literally only had 2 sips of my drink before it was nearly gone. Overall, DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of money and time. Its midpriced for a very distinct reason. Honestly if your in this area just go to mcdonalds or in n out. Both of these are 100% better.

99% of the time we try to come here, they have a yellow wet floor cone blocking their drive thru. It doesn't matter if it's day or night. There are rarely times when it's open and when they are they take forever to make an order. It seems like the employees are under the influence. The food is still good and I'm always disappointed to see that they're closed. Before, they used to have their online ordering available thru their app and I would try to come pick up the food but the drive thru is blocked off and they lock their front doors and when they finally decide to respond to the knocking, they don't have a good answer as to why they're closed when their ordering is available and their hours are listed as 6am to 10pm. I recently noticed that they turned off their online ordering since I think this has happened to other customers. Not sure if they're just looking to work for free by blocking the drive thru and online ordering so they don't actually have to work but the owner needs to know that they should just close down if they're not serious about running a fast food restaurant.

the coffee is normal. but there is a short girl who is very rude and does not know how to take orders, no matter where you go she is always rude. this is not normal. there are other workers, let them stay, and get rid of this one completely.

Jumbo jack is my favorite burger of any fast food restaurant, like Larry David. Unbeatable prices. Great onion rings, egg rolls, poppers, fajita pita, shakes, & the 24 hour a day breakfast jack is the best 24 hour breakfast choice, anywhere.
