I recently had an exceptional experience at the Jersey Mike's Subs. As a busy parent, juggling a hungry child and a food order can be challenging, but Kreed went above and beyond to make my visit stress-free.
He noticed me outside trying to manage my little one while waiting for my order. Without hesitation, he brought my sandwich out to me! This small act of kindness made a huge difference and truly exemplified outstanding customer service.

Have had a mini cold classic Italian which was very good, this time the #66 portalbella cheesesteak in Giant size was/is just amazing!. Grilled on their flattop while you wait a few minutes, it is served hot and molten and delicious. Still warm upon arriving home, 1/4 of the 12" was enough for lunch! Great combo of beef and mushrooms with outstanding seasoning! Suggest the rosemary parmesan roll.

The staff is very friendly, and the food is good, but wrong 3 of the last 4 visits. I’m used to giving the number of my choice, paying and hitting the road. It’s frustrating that I should have to remember to specify my order at this one location, because they keep getting it wrong. It also sucks that this is the closest location to many isolated communities so you don’t even realize the screw up until you’re too far to justify a return.In other words, they’d be great...
