I go here at least three times a week and call ahead and my pizza is ready Everytime

I can't believe how far downhill this Little Caesars is gone.
This is the second time I've ordered in the food is just absolutely disgusting.
The last time I ordered a pizza it was raw.
This time I ordered crazy bread and it's so dry I can't even chew it it's getting stuck in my throat has no butter no garlic barely any parmesan on it.
Don't go here!

Didn’t have a chance to eat, there was only one hot and ready pizza. Don’t know how long it had been in the warmer. The problem was the guy who helped, well you can’t really say help because he did pretty much nothing. I walked in, I said hi, he just looked at me. I said how’s the hot and ready, without saying a word reached behind him and opened up the warmer to show me and just stood there. He hadn’t spoken yet. I said that’s all you have and finally he spoke. Yes! That was it, he then closed the warmer and I walked out! One lousy word! I won’t be going back there again, but with the guys attitude the way it was, I don’t think he gives a crap!!

Always fast friendly and fresh. Gotta wait sometimes but never more than 7 minites. When its hot out the oven its awesome. 👍

Sad experience. Calle in & Spoke to a Mary Ann or Amy Ann person & explained how the online site wasn’t registering my phone number so I could order online & she proceeded to just tell me to go back online! Horrible customer service! & didn’t offer to take my order.

fast and ready

I ordered 2 specialty crust pizzas both are made with 9ld dry dough with very over cooked and poor hand made quality i called 5he store and got a guy who says he was the manager and let h8m know I had ordered the same pizza 2 days ago it was great bu5 let h8m know tonight was very disappointing and we have a pile of crust and we ordered cheese stuffed crust and the new crazy cust but the pizza is dry over cooked and unappealing he said come back tomorrow I hope this is taken care of cause 23$ for my family to still not get dinner I think not never had such a bad quality pizza ever in my whole 34 years

Don't go during lunchtime. Online said slow orders...when I got there the code didn't work on pickup booth, my cheese bread was cold and wrong flavor!!! 😡 So seems worker just makes a bunch before lunchtime and hands out as people come. Not right, just make wait list as website says.. don't give out cold and/or wrong food!!! Won't be going back for a long time from this disappointment.

My kids like this pizza. It used to be easy and convient ordering, and a good price. Well, not so much anymore. I will find an alternative for pizza in the future. Plenty of options.

I've been here 4 different times now. Even for Little Caesars, the pizza here is always sub par. It's thin, and overcooked because of that. And the crazy bread tastes a bit off. I ordered the pretzel crust pizza and on top of the thin overcooked style, I find out it's not even the pretzel crust like I asked. I only go to this one because it's near where I live but that isn't even enough anymore.

We were trying to do the online pretzel pizza promotion, which requires adding the items to the cart individually. When we did the required steps, it would keep giving an error message. When my girlfriend was trying to explain that to the gentleman at the register, he didn't care, and straight up walked away from her. When I finally got him to return to the register, and showed him the issue we were having, he offered no help or solutions. Said his manager wasn't there, and acted like he didn't care at all. We just walked out without even placing an order. Bad customer service.

I ordered online. When we got home there was a dark short black hair in my food. I called them and they refused to talk to me kept hanging up and wouldn't help me. Completely and totally grossed out.

I went in for a quick lunch special combo, the guy had me pay, said it didn't go through, had me pay again, didn't provide me a receipt, then I was on my way. This seems simple, but it did in fact charge me twice, no biggie, I went in to let them know, showed them it was accepted 2X, they said no only once. The guy printed me a receipt told me to.call back tomorrow if it still was there. I called him today because it has posted 2X and a simple refund is all that is needed to correct their mistake. He still tells me no, I need to come in. This has now become a huge inconvenience for me to return AGAIN back to them after I already tried to resolve this yesterday. It's stupid for such a small dollar amount but it's the principal of getting their error corrected. Terrible customer service. This should have been an easy fix, now I'm the one who has to do all the work.
