Very unclean establishment, all the fountain drinks were flat and upon further inspection I noticed that the nozzles are disgustingly green. I immediately asked for a refund on EVERYTHING I ordered.

They were extremely slow to get things out to customers. It's extremely convenient to HWY 50 but i don't think it's worth the stop if the drive through is full. They were doing their best but it just wasn't working. We waited about 35 minutes for our order of one meal and a big Mac. The food order was correct but there were a while lot of angry customers.
Not sure if they have enough staff to cover the increased traffic for the holidays.

The food was prepared to order and okay; however, I question the efficiency of the site. I clocked my order from inception of the order on the phone app to delivery to my table- 14 minutes. The food was barely warm, but because I was on a timeline, I just at ate it and didn't bother reordering it.

Just came here with my family, made 2 orders. One of the orders had 2 drinks that they didn’t give to us, we had to ask for the cups, (though we were just handed them on the other order), and when we asked for them they still only gave us one of the two cups (we barely realized this until we were leaving). On BOTH orders, there were burgers with bacon add ons which is around $1.78 extra and both burgers from both orders were given to us without bacon. We went back in to get the second drink from the first order and the bacon for the other two, we were given the drink cup and a whole extra burger with bacon as opposed to just the bacon for the TWO burgers missing it. We are not from around here and just come up about once a year to go to Apple Hill, so I hope this was an isolated incident. Overall, this experience was not a positive one and I know that me and my family will not be returning.

Went through the drive through and waited too long to get our order taken and then went to the window and got our food but was missing an item. I went into the store saying they forgot something and was just in the drive through, they wanted to see my receipt but they didn’t even give me one. They could’ve been more better and just give the one item that costs three dollars geez

Its wild as HELL, to pull up to a McDonald's, and them tell you they're out of essentially everything. Nuggets, quarter pounders, sprite, dr pepper, etc. Literally half their menu. Unprofessional and ridiculous considering youre one of the few stops on a major highway
