Went through the drive through and waited too long to get our order taken and then went to the window and got our food but was missing an item. I went into the store saying they forgot something and was just in the drive through, they wanted to see my receipt but they didn’t even give me one. They could’ve been more better and just give the one item that costs three dollars geez

Its wild as HELL, to pull up to a McDonald's, and them tell you they're out of essentially everything. Nuggets, quarter pounders, sprite, dr pepper, etc. Literally half their menu. Unprofessional and ridiculous considering youre one of the few stops on a major highway
Went thru the drive thru and when we got home realized our order was completely wrong they must have given us someone else’s order. Also ordered milkshakes and they were so runny we had to send them back and get our money back because there was no ice cream in the they were that runny. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

I tried to explain to her that my gf orders and I pick it up with the code. ALL OF THE TIME!! she just blew me off and pretended not to understand me. I guess it will be something else we want burgers. Or got to taco bell.

Tables in the kids area with the playplace were never cleaned while we were there, and every table needed it when we got there and staff being in and out and picking large trash pieces. I had baby wipes thankfully. The food was fine but the drinks were wrong size and the syrup was empty. The real problem was that the fire exit was blocked by a trash can.
