Mountain Mike's Pizza

My family and I have been coming here most Fridays for the last several months and I look forward to it every time! The pizza is by far the best and their wings and knot knots are delicious! The staff has always been friendly and have brought us many good meals with a smile! Also… cold beer!

Horrible service, every time I come here they close early, they close their salad bar down an hour or more before they even close, we order ahead for dine in and a salad bar and then we arrive to eat our dinner and the salad bar is closed, registers are closed and they boxed up the pizza we ordered for dine in and made us feel guilty for ordering dine in and wanting to eat there when they don’t close for over an hour based on their Google hours… already closing their registers over an hour early…. And their salad bar lettuce is always old… This has happened to me multiple times….. no customer service…. I wish the owner would sell so new owners could take over. I don’t know how they run a business like this. If a business says they stay open until 9pm, then their services should be provided until that time. Not close down on customers hours early without warning or notice…

We planned to have dinner here but were treated so shabbily, we decided to leave. I was so stunned by the service, I called when we got home to get the name of the counter girl and the manager. She said her name is Nix, and SHE is the manager. Well, that definitely explains a lot. I asked for the owners name, and was told that, “all she knows is it’s Sandy”. Sandy, if you’re listening, you need to pay attention to your restaurant and your reviews. We will not be returning. Very angry staff.

Aweful service, all the girls who worked on 11/9 were rude or short to every customer. I put in my order and they said 25 minutes, an hour and 10 minutes later I had one of my kids check on the pizza, it had been sitting there ready for a very long time. It was 1 pizza…. And it was like warm. $57 for 1 pizza, took over an hour, employees are rude and inconsiderate and I got a like warm pizza. Round Table here I come from now on

Orderd a large pepperoni pizza at 530pm by 630 pm i decided to go ask why it's taken an hour to get my pizza, at this point the cashier looked confused and said "I thought it was right here" . Needless to say almost an hour and a half waiting for a single pizza is wild.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, medium it was over 25 dollars. The pizza was tiny and had a horrible smell to it to the point I couldn’t eat it. Will never order from the again.

i came in today for some breadsticks and this sweet younge girl delayna was taking my order she treated me with nothing but respect and kindness and i appreciated that from her today truly so this sweet soul deserves the recognition as she is always the most helpful employee!!!

Ordered take out a mount veggiemore. Just gave me the pizza and his inside. I waited to show up wanted to ask for peppers. But I guess the lady was hiding because they were probably out of tomatoes and never bothered to come out.
