Never anyone up front to help. I have been here a few times and After I get my food they disappear into the back last time I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes finally I called them when they answered I told them im in the lobby and needed assistance I wo t be coming back.

First time coming here and I can happily say that i’ll be back. Walked in and the staff was super friendly and attentive, plus the food came out fast and was really enjoyable.

I tried to come in last night around 8:20-8:30. As soon as I opened the door the girl with the dark hair and boy in the front told me they were closed. I was a bit confused because their hours say 10AM-9PM. When I told them it says they close at 9 they looked at each other, gave me a blank stare and repeated that they were closed. They said that I could only come in if i was picking up and not place an order. Please fix your hours if you close earlier than 9 or talk to the employees because they were very unprofessional. If your business says you stay open until 9pm, then your services should be provided until that time. Not close down on customers early. It seems like the workers they had there last night was just a bunch of lazy employees who don’t care.

Ordered a small pep. pizza for my daughter and I. They recycled an old pizza (they do have a sorry looking buffet, M-F), by putting more cheese and pepperoni on a previously cooked pepperoni pizza. I'd consider the Little Caesars in the same strip mall. And I loathe Caesars.

Been here quite a few times. Pizza is usually on brand with any other mountain mikes. Ordered pick up tonight at 7:45 (hour and fifteen minutes before they close at 9pm). The girl who answered the phone seemed obviously annoyed I was placing an order.

I ordered my pizza well done. Double confirmed it’d be well done and she confirmed the order.

Came home after picking it up. It’s barely cooked. I’ve ordered from mountain Mike’s probably 100 times in my life and have never gotten a pizza like this. It wouldn’t even be considered regularly cooked.

They clearly put the pizza in halfway through the oven wanting to turn the oven off and leave an hour early.

(I worked at pizza places for many years I know the ovens are on conveyor belts and have an opening halfway for breadsticks). I also know it takes 30 mins for the oven to cool down before they can leave.

Spent almost $40 on something that’s uncooked dough in the middle

Yal charge top dollar for pizza, no coupons or discounts ever, and can’t deliver

Id appreciate a refund because this is bogus.

First I want to say we’ve come to this place several times on different days/times. This review is based on last 2 experiences. Food has always been good. We did “to go” and on that experience after we got home found our food almost too burnt tasting must’ve sat on heat lamps too long. When I called they wanted me to drive back to show them. Sorry not loading kids back up and driving that far to fix overcooked food. Didn’t even want to make it right. Today we decided to come in and menu offers “all you can eat salad” but they tell me that’s no longer an option only single plate. I’m not one that likes to mix my salad with the non salad stuff so now I have to cram everything on some small plate. To add to the frustration there’s never ever anybody out front ready and available.

Went in for dine in last night. And It was amazing, service was quick and friendly and the pizza was just as good. I recommend this place to all my friends and family! Definitely coming back soon!
