Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes to be helped and once we sat down and got our plates for the lunch buffet there was a half of pizza and 3/4ths of another. We were there for about an hour and no new pizza was added to the buffet. There was also a little girl who looked to be somewhere between the age of 5-7, she was behind the counter for a moment before going into the back through the employee only door to get someone to help the customers at the registers who had been there for at least 10 minutes before they were even noticed. While we were dinning we heard the girl crying in the back. I don't know if she's helping back there or what but that is very unsafe and unsanitary, it violates California laws and company laws too. Ending note as we were leaving there was still no new pizza and 2 more groups of people arrived and already sitting waiting for new pizza while the remaining pizza sat under the hot lap which made the pizza soggy in the center and crunchy on the edges. I've been here before and it was mostly good but the last 2 or 3 times they've gone down hill.

Bought almost $80 in pizza would only give me 2 ranches and wanted to charge me .75 cents for more. Pizza wasn't fully cooked. This was the second time I've gotten a pizza from here that wasn't fully cooked in the center.

Came in at 11:30am, well after the lunch buffet started and there were zero pizzas out yet, was told it might be another 20 minutes. Salad bar had minimal selections and very hard to reach the back row with the sneeze guard in the way. Very cold inside . TV’s on but no sound. Once the pizzas started to come out they were fairly good as usual but overall a very disappointing experience.

Everyone here is very friendly. Pizza is always made as I ordered it. Dine in and watch 4 different big screen tvs, play pin ball, guitar hero, need for speed and more. Has a salad bar and beer on tap.

My husband and I just love this place. We come once a week. The food is great. Always consistent. The salad bar is always so clean and fresh. We appreciate them taking such pride in there business. The owners and the staff are really good people and the restaurant is always clean. Wonderful addition to Placerville. We order the Hawaiian ?? and it’s perfect every time. Always have amazing, topping full pizza. I’ve been many times and they always have the pizza ready within 20 minutes. The room is always clean, TVs with different channels and good music. All the servers are always nice and always are flexible for my dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: Very flexible to add and remove ingredients based on dietary restrictions. Have veggie, dairy free and gluten free options.

I ordered a large pepperoni, salami, and bacon pizza. My goodness, it was just amazing !!! Best pizza I have had in a VERY long time! My order was taken out, but when I picked up the pizza, the restaurant was extremely clean. The young guy who helped me was also very nice. Will definitely come back again and again.

I love this Mountain Mike's, easy convenient location the pizzas are always delicious and the garlic knots are to die for. The customer service is amazing they always make sure I have enough peppers and cheese. Great place to check out a game!

Terrible service, made an order at 7:50pm and they called me 10 minutes later to tell me they were closing at 8 even when the website, google page, webpage said they close at 9 ? And they said they occasionally close at 8 for fun ? They definitely don’t even deserve any stars.
