Pacos Mexican Cuisine Reviews
I don’t leave reviews often, but this one feels like a warning. This was easily the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself was clean, though uncomfortably cold. Our server was friendly but spent most of the time at another table. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Pacos Mexican Cuisine is a fantastic tacqueria-style restaurant known for its homemade Mexican cuisine and fresh chips and salsa. The birria tacos are outstanding, and the cool luchador-themed interior adds to the dining experience. Located in Placerville, the restaurant is in a strip mall, but parking is convenient. Customers praise the friendly staff, who ensure a safe and delicious meal for those with allergies. The wet burrito is absolutely awesome, with great flavor and big portions, making it a highly recommended dish. The chimichanga with grilled chicken is also a favorite, along with the Carne Asada, which many enjoy with extra limes. The salsa bar is a must-try, especially the tan salsa, which is described as "FIRE." The margaritas are fabulous and giant, and many agree that the prices are cheaper than other Mexican restaurants worth visiting. Pacos Mexican Cuisine is a great spot for Mexican food enthusiasts and is known for its exceptional catering services. Customers highlight the fantastic communication, timely delivery, and delicious food, making it a top choice for events.
