Better than any mexican restaurant I have in my hometown of Windsor/Santa Rosa.

To start, the hostess/waitress who first saw us enter the restaurant and sat us at the table was not friendly and seemed a little 'ghetto' (not professional in attire, appearance or attitude). The table she sat us at was sticky and there were crumbs (from chips maybe) on the seats. Although we were already hesitant to stay based on the greeting we received and the initial cleanliness of the table, we each ordered some basic combo meals. Bad idea. There was a hair in one of our meals. I was besides myself and ready to get out of there. My husband let the waitress know about the hair and lo and behold, we got the suspicious glare as if we placed the hair there ourselves. The toothless kitchen cook was scowling at my husband as if he wanted to fight him after the plate went back to the kitchen.
Before leaving, I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and the bathroom obviously had not been thoroughly cleaned in awhile. There was splattered feces along the inner rim of the toilet bowl and everything felt grimey. I couldn't wait to get out of the place!

This shady establishment and it's employees are bad news. I would give it zero stars if I had the option.

As someone with severe allergies (onions and garlic) its hard to find somewhere that understands when I bring it up. Tonight my husband and I went in and I asked the cashier what if anything I could possibly eat with my allergies (I fully understand that sometimes I cant eat at all the restaurants, but my husband can) and she went into ask the chef immediately. She was able to tell me what I was able to order and even went back multiple times to check that NOTHING in my food had any allergens. I got home and immediately tried the food and OMG it is so good!! I got a chimichanga with grilled chicken, lettuce and cheese only and it was made perfect; hubby got the wet burrito. I can't tell you enough how great the food was, but more so that the staff cared enough to make sure I had a good experience. Will definitely be going back soon!

We stopped by on a Monday afternoon driving back from the mountains. We ordered a wet chicken burrito and fish tacos. On the chicken burrito, we substituted grilled chicken and it was nearly $4 for that. The grilled chicken was dry and the burrito needed more flavor.Fish tacos tasted great. Salsa and chips are great too.The portion is smaller than other places but a good size enough for lunch. We were on the road so we skipped the good drinks. Lots of variety to choose from there.

Honestly, something very delicious, highly recommended, is rarely eaten here in the USA with the seasoning of Mexico.

Paco's is cute, clean, friendly, locally-owned, and super yummy!!!!The al pastor alone is reason enough to go - it reminds us exactly of the al pastor we had in Mexico City. So authentic! Also worth noting: The chips are the thin and perfectly crunchy kind, the salsa flavorful with a little kick, and everything from enchiladas to fajitas and of course, the al pastor, was all packed full of deliciousness. All in all, we enjoyed everything on our plates (plus two baskets of chips and salsa...) and leftl the restaurant feeling very satisfied and contented... until next time, Paco's!

They charged me $18 for a regular sized burrito. I've had a lot of burritos in my days and I have never payed this much. Way overpriced! Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the recipe. If this restaurant was in another city it would be out of business. There's to many other Mexican restaurants that are better and that charge much less.
