I don’t leave reviews often, but this one feels like a warning. This was easily the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself was clean, though uncomfortably cold. Our server was friendly but spent most of the time at another table. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.
We ordered a very basic - asada tacos with rice and beans. Complete fail.

Paco has the best Mexican food in Placerville. Hands-down. He also does a fantastic job catering. He caters our soccer teams festivities and he always goes above and beyond and everyone is left happy and well fed. The Carne Asada is our favorite and he always has extra limes.

Pacos is a restaurant in Pollock Pines and Placerville that serves GREAT Mexican food. We had a social event there a few weeks ago and Paco and staff did a fantastic job! They also do catering events! Would highly recommend them

Paco's provided catering to our annual family gathering, and they knocked it out of the park. The food was hot and ready on-time and ready to transport, our guests were delighted with the quality of the food and generous portions, and returning the carafes was super easy. They catered a party at our house and did an amazing job. The communication leading up to the party was exceptional. They were setup and ready to serve on time and were so kind and friendly to our guests. Everyone raved about the food - they had all the toppings. We will definitely be using them again.

Came in on a Friday to have the Pastor Trumpo, absolutely out of this world! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We live in Tahoe and will be making special trips to Placerville just to eat here!! Do yourself a favor and visit here. You won’t be disappointed
