Very rude staff and an incompetent manager. Was treated very bad by one staff member on several occasions during the visit. Manager approved her behavior with the excuse they are short staffed and she was having family issues. There was a part of me that wanted to take back the tip I left but didn't. If short staffed hire more people or have the manager step up and do their job. Regional manager needs to come in and clean house. Overall regret coming back to be treated the way we did. First time i fid ever go it was great. Very friendly staff. Go to dominos cheaper and quicker. This one girl is causing this place to look bad. Watch the reply will be sorry blah blah blah and no action or compensation for the incident. Also prob won't be in because who knows what they will do to my food next time. Almost didn't want to eat the food provided with the fear of them tampering with it, but someone else had their side in my party.

Great pizza place. Lots of room and fresh salad bar. Pizza was hot and fresh. Sandwiches were good. Staff was very friendly. We had a miss order and the staff took care of it with no problem. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely love Pizza Factory in Placerville! My family and I come here often because my kids can’t get enough of the food and the fun, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is always spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive every single time.
Most recently, we used Pizza Factory for catering my son’s graduation party, and they went above and beyond. They delivered more than 20 items, everything arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. Communication was super easy, even though our house can be a little tricky to find, and they were so accommodating when we needed to add to our order last minute. Everything turned out perfect, and our guests raved about the food.

Very rude employees. Asked 1st if I could have a regular pepperoni put out for my 3 year old and 9 year old and the woman was very rude and said no we don't do regular pepperoni. Then the buffet was empty nearly the whole time I sat nearly an hour and the staff wouldn't put any pizzas out even when we asked. Hopefully they will get rid of these current employees and find some that are willing to do their jobs and not be rude to customers.

I love going here. The food is great and the service is too. Ben is such a great employee and always has a welcoming smile for everyone coming in.. Theres family night karaoke on Saturdays until 10pm! Come eat some good food and sing some 🎵 songs.

Not worth going back, every time I go here I get that unwelcomed feeling, that kitchen staff talking smack feeling that they get sick twisted enjoyment of laughing at their customers, maybe it's because they were annoyingly screaming out my name and laughing every time they looked at me and giggling among themselves.
I forgot they did this same thing to me the last time I came here and spent money four/five months ago. The pizza is lame anyways. It's like spraying Pam spray on top of nan bread. I've tasted better pizza that's fo sho!! I miss you NY Pizza Kitchen in Napa!!! Give me real pizza Placerville! Is this really the best you got?

You can NEVER go wrong with the Pizza Factory. Calzone, Pizza and Knots, that's all we've tried can't say much about anything else on the menu....when in the mood for carbs this hits the spot and we have yet to have regrets.
