We absolutely love Pizza Factory in Placerville! My family and I come here often because my kids can’t get enough of the food and the fun, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is always spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive every single time.
Most recently, we used Pizza Factory for catering my son’s graduation party, and they went above and beyond. They delivered more than 20 items, everything arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. Communication was super easy, even though our house can be a little tricky to find, and they were so accommodating when we needed to add to our order last minute. Everything turned out perfect, and our guests raved about the food.

Very rude employees. Asked 1st if I could have a regular pepperoni put out for my 3 year old and 9 year old and the woman was very rude and said no we don't do regular pepperoni. Then the buffet was empty nearly the whole time I sat nearly an hour and the staff wouldn't put any pizzas out even when we asked. Hopefully they will get rid of these current employees and find some that are willing to do their jobs and not be rude to customers.

I love going here. The food is great and the service is too. Ben is such a great employee and always has a welcoming smile for everyone coming in.. Theres family night karaoke on Saturdays until 10pm! Come eat some good food and sing some 🎵 songs.

Not worth going back, every time I go here I get that unwelcomed feeling, that kitchen staff talking smack feeling that they get sick twisted enjoyment of laughing at their customers, maybe it's because they were annoyingly screaming out my name and laughing every time they looked at me and giggling among themselves.
I forgot they did this same thing to me the last time I came here and spent money four/five months ago. The pizza is lame anyways. It's like spraying Pam spray on top of nan bread. I've tasted better pizza that's fo sho!! I miss you NY Pizza Kitchen in Napa!!! Give me real pizza Placerville! Is this really the best you got?

You can NEVER go wrong with the Pizza Factory. Calzone, Pizza and Knots, that's all we've tried can't say much about anything else on the menu....when in the mood for carbs this hits the spot and we have yet to have regrets.

We came to the Placerville location for a game day pizza celebration for our kids team. We had called way ahead to reserve, no issues. 3 minutes before our game ends (insert loud screaming crowd, screaming kids, and can't hear anything) they call demanding we place an order right then to get it started because they were going to be so busy etc. We could not hear them, we were nowhere near the parents if the person who called said can't you just ask the parents right now as we were in the middle of coaching a game that was literally just about over but we still couldn't hear them fully and we were trying to yell and explain that to them that we were going to have to call them back. We gave them a simple order of four pizzas to start. We figured that once we got there we would order but they swore that it was going to be so busy that they needed to start our order ahead of time. We get there less than 10 minutes later nobody was there, there were tables reserved but nobody was actually there the next group that was supposed to show up wasn't for another hour and a half. We paid for our pizzas and got even more stuff, other parents even bought even more food spent over $175+ and that is not including the tokens at the kids ended up getting for all the games. Food finally came out the sauce was so thick the second you took a bite absolutely everything came off the sauce the cheese the pepperoni everything. We got breadsticks which is all of our favorite thing to get and these seemed like frozen breadsticks they were all stuck together they came out and sheets of four not the hand twisted breadsticks like The Pizza factory down in Cameron Park. Quite disappointed with those. The staff was super friendly though! The rest was just really lackluster. I haven't been to this Pizza factory before and unfortunately I don't think I would be coming back to this one.

Ordered a pizza and they forgot to bring out to our table. After waiting for seemed like Forever went to ask about it and they took a box off the pizza oven and handed it to me. This pizza way extremely dry and cold. Who knows how long it was there? But I will never go back again. This place used to be a Rico's hot spot but not anymore that's for sure. Oh, and bt the way there was only 1 other table there besides us, and they were done eating.

We did not have pizza which might have been the mistake. I had boneless wings and they were just frozen grocery store wings. For the money they were terrible. Salads were very basic. Pasta was bland and some of the noodles were still hard. Pizza looked great, should have got that. Service and staff was great. Pretty clean pizza place.
