Horrible service, incompetent management, and very overpriced pizza. Go somewhere else.

Crispy chicken wings were not crispy at all. Next trip rude cashier. Couldn't order over phone and she didn't care or answer me. Top it off round table pizza NEVER answers or cares about complaints. Tried for over 5 years and not one answer or call back EVER! BYE BYE! TOO many other pizza places around to bother with You Guys Pizza. Don't bother contacting round table like they ask in their bad reviews which is a lot because they don't ever get back to you!!!! EVER! BEWARE!

I spent all day at a breast cancer awareness event. Was driving home and hadn't had dinner. It was 9pm and this round table closes at 9:30pm.
I walked in to place my order and when I asked about the salad bar (it was completely gone, so I asked if salads were available)- the mushrooms and spinach and bell peppers are something I look forward to on my salad to have with my pizza.
The male taking my order said he didn't like my attitude and called me a "Karen". To which I stood in disbelief that such a reaction would be had to a valid question.
After I told him I would be contacting corporate, he proceeded to call the cops on me and report my vehicle. Mind you, I hadn't even left the store yet, nor had I even processed that I was being refused service. I didn't yell or snap or make any rude gestures, but i did make sure to snap a picture of the most disgruntled and rude employee I've ever encountered, and left the store.
Still hungry and without dinner, flabbergasted I write this review. Not sure who the white male manager in their mid 20s was, but you were rude and your behaviors were completely unjustified. Idk if you were just having a terrible night and decided to take it out on this female who couldn't do anything to fight against you, or if this is how you typically treat customers that come in during the last hour of your shift. Either way, it sucks that the other Round Table closed permanently so I don't even have the option of visiting a different location. We also live in such a small town that unfortunately there's only a handful of choices. I can guarantee if this is how these employees treat the general public, this location will shut down before the end of the year. I am horrified at the immaturity and lack of awareness/respect/courtesy of this measly employee. The male employee that insulted me and threatened me has no place in any community. I hope that corporate and the owners of this location take the steps to handle this situation properly.
Very disappointed to come in after calling about lunch specials to be told that it end at 1:30. Most tables were covered with plates and left over food. With pizza from the buffet sitting under the light, that looked very aged. For such an expensive place you would think that it would be better well kept and offer their lunch till 2 at least.

Went in for a quick bite at the lunch buffet. It was anything but quick. Salad bar was good, only reason for two stars. There was no pizza for close to 30 minutes. I asked a few times, others were asking. It seamed like the young man at the counter could care less about the buffet. Just kept ringing up more people to have to wait. No dessert twists. Expensive lesson at $16.

The issues at this Round Table is that they are are only staffed at 50% because of minimum wage increases, there was only 3 workers here, there should be minimum of 6 I know because I used to own a RT Franchise. The young lady taking orders had to also pour beers and process to go ordering pick up, there was a constant line of 3-4 customers, that warrants at least 2 additional staffers.

My issue is the lies this corp spins. No unlimited salad bar they say due to health reasons only one run. Then provide more than one small bowl problem solved. How can you have an all you can eat pizza buffe ( no health issues here) but cite heath issues with a eggless salad bar. Lastly, 29.00 plus taxes 37.00 for 1 large 1 topping pizza. 12 slices to a large. that is 3.20 per slice!!!! eat three that's 10 bucks thats CRAZY.

One X-Large cheese pizza: $35.53 (love the new $1.58 CA Employer Mandates hidden fee). Couldn’t use loyalty that I signed up for to get free twists. Going down the street next time to Pizza Plus.

Great place to bring the kids. Has a small gameroom that is great for 2 to 12. They also have a big room that is closed off from the rest of the dinning area. Has salad bar, and beer.

So I was not going to post anything but the treatment from round table as a company to myself and my family has been horrendous. 75 dollars for 1 pizza and 1 salad is ridiculous and you guys don’t deliver anymore and mandatory tips? Stupid, you work for the tips you don’t automatically get one. Never gonna have round table again whether I am living or visiting California.
