This has to be one of the worst starbucks I have ever been to. They can never get orders right. I placed on instore pick up order on our road trip. Barely had time to make a stop. I walked in, no one working acknowledged me. I grabbed my order and said thank you, they didn't look in my direction or say anything. We got on the hwy when I realized that my drink didn't have any espresso in it and was in the wrong sized cup. So I didn't get my well needed and expensive coffee drink. They can't seem to stick to their work hours either. Seems like Starbucks has completely fell off their quality. Maybe they need a new store manager to get the store up and running.

This place is great, I love the atmosphere. Honestly, I don't do Yelp reviews, but the most amazing employee greeted and thanked everyone as she multitasked while sweeping. She smiled and you could just tell that she made everyone's day a little sweeter. Her name was Kate I asked and thanked her for making this Starbucks one that I feel at home while studying. She needs a raise.

It is incredibly hard to get sweetener added to your iced coffee. I've asked them many different ways to try and getIt in there . Hardly ever makes it. Even though they tell me that it comes standard. This morning I asked for 7 pumps for a trenta. They said it comes with 7 standard. My buddy ordered the same exact thing in front of me (drive through) they told him the same thing and neither of us got any sweetener in our coffees. I was told by another employee that not putting it in there is just muscle memory . You don't deserve what they pay youAlso quit with the tips. You don't deserve it. It just promotes your sugar delinquency

Leaving negative reviews is not something I enjoy, but leaving honest reviews is important to me. This Starbucks location is not kne I have had great luck at lately. This morning was the final start for me. I sent in a mobile order with three items and each one had an issue. Granted, my drink missing whipped cream is minor on the grand scheme of life issues so not really a big deal. But when both of my food items are literally incorrect items, that's where I draw the line. I hope my photos upload with this review. Along with my drink this morning, I ordered a cranberry bliss bar but instead received a cheese Danish. Not sure how you mess those up. I also ordered a double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich but was given a sausage cheddar breakfast sandwich. In addition to receiving incorrect food items, I received food items that were lower price points than what I paid for. I've had similar issues like this at this location in the past. Also not sure how you mess this up at 5:30am when the store is not slammed or super busy with an influx of orders - they had just opened. Unfortunately I didn't realize the mishap with the food until I had already left and was stuck with it. Needless to say, this is why I rarely frequent this location. Their staff needs to slow down and read the print outs and pay attention to what they are doing. Last time I sent a mobile order here my food item magically disappeared before I showed up and they had to make another one. Again, first world problems, but not exactly what you hope for when you send in a mobile order and you are trying to get to work early in the morning. There are definitely better local options to choose for coffee, even as early as 5:30am than Starbucks, and I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Me and my wife ordered two Frappuccino‘s (carmel frap)(white chocolate mocha frap)and they both came out the best Frappuccinos we have ever had we came in yesterday and our drinks were made wrong by a different girl working by herself (forgot to add Frappuccino roast in both)but it definitely made up for it today our drinks are amazing today and the baristas today really went above and beyond thank you so much Ashley and Candice they are amazing at there job and really take pride in the work they do?five stars all around we will definitely be coming daily to get our drinks from this location 3:40pm 10/12/22

Meagan was super helpful today. I wanted info on my drink order and she helped me navigate the app to find exactly what I needed and then she patiently waited and chatted with me while I found the right drink for my dietary needs. I really appreciate her kindness.

I frequent this Starbucks and usually get good service. However today I was allowed to make a mobile order at 520am then sat in the drive thru without acknowledgement for 20 minutes. If you’re going to open late don’t turn on your mobile orders so people can go somewhere else. And as professionals do not allow a patron to sit for 20 minutes without speaking to them or telling them what the issue is. I had to wait because this business had already taken my money, didn’t acknowledge me so I could ask for a refund and now I’m going to be late to work. Very dissatisfied, will not be returning.

January 7, 2022 Update any comment one thousand seventy four. My previous has thirty votes and has twenty two votes. I like how many Starbucks help nonprofits. Go to starbucks.com/responsibility/community/foodshare. At closing every night, any nonperishable items are donated to different nonprofit places. If there is Salvation Army in Placerville, they will get some of it. This probably has nothing to do with any of Starbucks but I write children books. Get 8 1/2 by 11 sheet paper, fold in half, one side for the story, the other side to draw the pictures. I did or wrote one book if even Miss Starbucks fights bullies. Yes I have learned to draw Miss Starbucks. She pours her drink on the bully. Some the Starbucks guests, they want help Miss Starbucks, so they also pour their drinks on the bully. Drown Out Bullying. Okay Miss Starbucks realizes that the Guests no longer has their drinks so for each Guest that helped Miss Starbucks drown the bully, Miss Starbucks gives each Guest a coupon for a free drink. Miss Starbucks also gives to each of these Guests a Starbucks gift card of fifty five dollars. Say the Guest has registered gift card, using example, has thirty two dollars and fifty cents left. They can transfer the fifty five dollar gify card to the registered card, will now have eighty seven dollars and fifty five cents to spend for future orders. This Starbucks is clean inside. Yes it has breakfast sandwiches, muffins, different coffee flavors, different tea flavors, hot chocolate. Best of luck to the employees of this Starbucks. Best of luck to the volunteers of this Starbucks.

Gets annoying that orders are never right and things are left out more often than not. I've described how much half and half I'd like in my americano in multiple different ways (inches in the cup, "a TON", a grande in a venti cup the rest filled with cream) and it's still never right.

I want to give a shout out to this store and their incredible team who works here. I make the extra 4 mile drive to this location almost daily because their sister store on Broadway (Starbucks on Broadway) always runs out of product, always. Not to mention the Missouri flat starbucks is never closed randomly and their entire team is always present. I understand we have shortages but what I do not understand is why this location has everything, ALL THE TIME, but the Broadway location always runs out? Astonishing given their only busy time is in the AM since they tend to close at random times in the afternoon. Thank you Missouri Flat, you folks are always on top of it and you have incredible management leading you in the right direction. If only some of your magic could spread to your other location but I do not see that happening since it starts at the top with managers and shift leads, when you don't change hands in leadership after bad behavior it never gets better. Just a tip, Starbucks Corp. GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR STARBUCKS NEEDS!
