Drive through is terrible. I have been when the line is unbearably long, but yesterday there were only 3 cars. It took just as long. They seem to have a whole new batch of employees recently. I'm not pleased. They must have come from the Broadway store in Placerville to be this slow. Will be going elsewhere for my morning coffee.

Went through drive-thru. good coffee friendly service
They forgot my coffee and had to go back after a very long wait and call one server that was working on a shake, to give me my simple OVERPRICED REGULAR SMALL COFFEE (almost $5.00). That's why I never go to Statbuck. I prefer to support local shops. I went to Starbucks because it was convenient to meet some friends after an event in the area.
Slowest drive thru!! This is the only quick drive thru off Hwy 50 so it is usually busy but one car takes 10 min + easy and I cannot count how many times my drink has been wrong after waiting in that horrendous line!
Not the Best StarBucks... All the Comfortable Furniture is gone... Only Cold Hard uninviting chairs remain... Not one coach or soft chair remains... The bright warm atmosphere that it once was (10 years ago) has become a dry sterile environment... All the cool cups that were fun to look at are now back behind the pick up counter and you cant even touch them... They must have had 'issues' in the past... Out of all of the locations I have been to this is a 3 out of 10, or a 2 of five stars... But I will give it a 3 just because they were open very early... I'm a sunrise person and I appreciated the early hours...

I had a great 1st experience here and decided that this location would be my go to because it's close to me. BUT every time since it has been horrible to say the least. They never make what I order correctly and it's super simple. It's directly off the menu with no changes. It has just turned in to a headache with a lot of frustration. I gave up on them and hope they are able to aquire employees with better customer service and less attitude. I'm not the one who made the incorrect product. Also, they have not been BUSY when I have gone, so why the repeated mistakes is beyond me ?

Starbucks is usually the go-to place for breakfast needs. The coffee is exceptional, ordering ahead seems to be a better way to go. Prepare for long longs early in the day, but also great coffee and worth the time you waited.
Very nice person took my order and offered to do a pour-over of the coffee I wanted. Good so far. However, at that point things went south. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that is to be heated. It took 27 minutes. At 15 minutes of waiting I asked about my sandwich and the manager said she was sorry and would get it out right away. 12 more minutes of waiting while I watched probably 1-2 dozen cars go through the drive-thru, all getting their food before mine. Tried to kill time on my laptop, but wifi didn't work either.
I’ve come to this location consistently for years because it’s convenient. It has gone wayyy down hill. My espresso is ALWAYS burnt, I’d say 1 out of 15 drinks is drinkable. Hot drinks are usually only 3/4 of the way full and I’m not one to ask to have a drink remade and I’m typically going through the drive thru and it’s not worth the time and effort. If I don’t get a “coffee” drink, I get a refresher with lemonade even that doesn’t taste right the majority of the time because I think they make it with water first then notice it’s suppose to be lemonade and splash some on top. I will say the staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. While this store is convenient, I’ve started going to the Broadway location (which is not convenient and takes an extra 10-15 mins one way) and I’ve never had burnt expresso and my refreshers are always made with lemonade. I will not return to this location.
Didn't have any fresh brewed coffee. They wanted me to wait for a fresh brew. I went elsewhere.
Asked for Two grill cheese and the tall guy put them in the oven on the wrong setting and made them completely not even edible the outside was cooked but not the inside you guys really need to teach your employees to slow down and do the things the right way because now I’m out of time on my lunch so I don’t get to eat today and wasted 20$ thanks Starbucks 1:43pm 10/27/2022
