ANGRY! Ordered Santa Barbra cobb salad they FAILED to put avocado, tomato & egg on & barely a hint of bacon or blue cheese.I called and got a "answering service" I was told there was nothing they could do & told me to go online & make a complaint & I was told the store had NO direct phone #That made me very angry not to be able to reach a direct store manger or staff.I will NOT return to a store that does NOT have a direct phone line to speak with staff.Vegetarian options: Mushroom burger, impossible burger, salads, fries, onion rings...Kid-friendliness: Kid menu & seatingWheelchair accessibility: Accessible doorway, seating

This Habit has been a roller coaster ride since opening. Lately its getting better, employee quality is noticeably improved. Food has been great last few times.

Order at the register and pay, and wait for your name to be called. Tables are barren (no condiments, napkins, menus). They are clean, my first impression was that it was an empty restaurant for sale. Decent food, didn't find anything special or unique about it.

We were hungry coming home from playing in the snow. Mean to day to say it would not have taken much, but the fries were stale or cooked too cold or something... not good. The burger was fine but not what we ordered. I don't know... I won't be seeking it out. That's for sure. There's probably a reason in and out always has a line, and this place... not so much.

My boyfriend & I placed an order for pick up on DoorDash. It said it would be ready for pick up by 6:18, we get there at 6:15 and they started making it as soon as he walked in. My boyfriend sent me a video from the lobby showing an employee "nodding off". He said he was stumbling around behind the counter and seemed to be really out of it. Our food ended up taking an extra 20 minutes to be ready, which I didn't really mind, but this guy just nodding off in front of all the customers is a little worrisome.

Whenever I'm hungry on my way to Redhawk, I gotta hit up this Habit Burger. It's always great service, and honestly, the Charburger meal is my go to choice. Can't beat the combo of their good ambience and their tasty food.
