This is a “sandwich shop” operated inside Denny’s. I got the almost $18 grilled cheese thinking I was getting a gourmet sandwich. It was nothing even remotely close. I would not recommend.
I get the fact that the price of things have gone up... however, charging $19.00 for a grilled cheese sandwich? Really? Are these cows being shipped out of their home of Wisconsin, and being housed in some place where they are now producing 14K Gold cheese? Does this cheese sandwich provide some other benefit than just to simply eat and enjoy it? Is there a special serum in it? Possibly for the fountain of youth or something?
