the best peach and cake batter froyo i’ve ever had! prices were decent, and the worker was very friendly! it was nice that there were some board games there too

I was having a really bad day, then I saw this place and it did not disappoint. The frozen yogurt was firm coming out of the machine (a must for a good review from me---I HATE melty ice cream or any other frozen desert), and the chocolate flavor was really rich and good. When I am treating myself to the handful of times I eat frozen yogurt a year, I make it super double, extra chocolatey. Choc frozen yogurt, choc sprinkles, oreo crumbles and choc chips if they have them. YAAAAESSSS! It was mid-afternoon and not only was it a bad day, but I had not eaten anything till that point. The young lady working was kind, friendly and professional, the toppings seemed fresh and tidy (not gross and mixed together). I will be back when I am heading through Placerville and need a chocolate fix! Thank you!

Whistle Stop is our go to spot for a sweet treat! The atmosphere is always welcoming and fun, with plenty of seating to enjoy your dessert with family and friends. Their wide selection of toppings lets everyone customize their yogurt just the way they like it, and the rotating flavors keep things fresh and exciting.
They recently added another machine, now offering six different flavors daily including a non-dairy option every day! That’s a thoughtful addition we really appreciate.
Beyond the treats, what makes Whistle Stop truly special is their heart for the community. They regularly host fundraisers and give back generously, making them a beloved part of our town. We love this place and are so thankful it’s here!
