Waste of time, they close early but the hours are the grocery store’s. No siding or anything. Just a coffee stand. I am sure they have a good coffee but please, change your hours and provide better directions.

Poor customer service (a guy closed a bar station right before me just because he wanted to.

Just a really bad, tasteless latte. Staff is nice enough, but it was not worth the $2 I saved by choosing this over Starbucks next door. I'll know for next time.

Terrific interior! For me, it was a fun experience for the first time. Thank you for everything! An awe-inspiring place to study and read some books.

Great store. Great sanitation and organization during coronavirus pandemic. Nice staff. Thanks guys for working and helping us get groceries.

I don't care if there are 3 stars in this store. It's super convenient and a way better shopping experience than the National and Santa Monica stores. This store is struggling amid COVID-19 and people are leaving sh*t reviews

Store is being very diligent about sanitizing and controlling the number of people in the store. Very impressed and Thankful.

IM OBSESSED WITH WHOLE FOODS!! Anyone that knows me knows this about me! This whole foods is huge and lots of plant based sections which is a huge plus. They're missing one star because of customer service. One of the employees at the meat section wasn't that friendly well it was the mix of vegan meat and regular meat but cooked and ready to order food, that section. One of the men came across rude. The bartenders, well the female was nice but the head guy which I'm assuming is the head guy. He's walking around in a white dress shirt, he's the only one not in uniform. He's thin and Caucasian, he's also not friendly. So missing one start strictly for customer service or lack thereof. Other than that I'd return! They have a lot of plant based hot food and desserts.

Nothing against whole foods itself. But the staff here, one cashier in particular is the reason for this review. I came here with my mom just today and had a bad experience with the Cashier named Becca. When she was checking us out she was in a hurry, and being una hurry as a cashier is understandable and part of the job. But this kind of hurrying was just rude and her tone with my mom when she asked if my mom wanted a bag was very rude, she kept repeating the question over and over without letting my mom truly think. She asked if she wanted a bag as the Cashier was already opening the bag. It ended up pressuring my mom to say yes since already. When it was my turn to check out my mom commented to me (in Spanish) to not get a bag since she had already been pressured to get one. To this the cashier answered in Spanish "I wasn't pressuring I was just trying to get you out of here, isn't that what you want, to get out of here?" Her comment was unnecessary and not appropriate since it is not good custOmer service. She Have easily just t responded "oh sorry would you like me to un bag it..." or whatever other quesstion. But for her to reply to my mom in that way was COMPLETELY unnecessary and just bad customer service. Then on ouR way out my mom actually expressed to Me that this is the same lady that gave her a hard time one day when trying to get the parking validation. It really shouldn't be the case to have to deal with a rude cashier when you go to grocery shopping. Ive been to tons of whole food stores and other groceries where the cashier can be quick but nice at the same time. A little hello how are you might not be the biggest thing but it really mAkes an impact. It sucks that this cashier might be confusing efficiency with rudeness.

The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Things have gone downhill since the Amazon takeover. God forbid you leave your phone at home....they won't let you log into your Amazon account unless your phone number is registered. Nice to treat a customer so poorly. Just shop at Trader Joe's.

We are regular customers and we often get take outs. Last week, my son was eating his hawaian pizza slice and chewed on something hard. He thought it was a part of his braces that broke off but he pulled out a piece of glass. We are so lucky he didn't swallow it. My husband called right away and was asked to take it back to the store. It took a few days as we don't go there daily. The manager gave us $20 and asked why it took us so long to bring it back. I don't know how they managed to get glass in there but that's pretty unsettling.

I was pleasantly surprised at the selection offered at this Whole Foods location. My friends and I spent the day together and this was one of our stops. We originally came for the Bacon Bar...yes, you read that right! THE BACON BAR! We ended up grabbing some other groceries, as well. I noticed how neat the store was, especially the meat department. I've never seen such neat displays! They clearly take their time to prepare the store daily for customers. They move quickly to help customers, so you're not waiting long. The salad section was also overflowing with fresh veggies and employees were actively monitoring it to make sure that it stayed clean and full. This store was super busy! There was a lot of shoppers in there, but I was happy to see that they had plenty of staff around to help or answer questions. Some of the customers are rude...not surprising because of the area. They have seating inside and outside. There's also a parking structure with plenty of parking. Be sure to get your ticket validated and put it in the machine located at the bottom on the escalator before you get to the exit. You have 20 minutes to exit once you take your ticket. And don't lose your ticket...you'll have to pay $15 in order to exit!

I've never seen a bad Whole Foods, till here. Salad bar is empty and what's there is nasty and old. Pizza slices were extra tiny and 3.79. And to top it off, there was hair and a piece of plastic in my salad bar. Told the attendant and got the rudest nastiest look. Which hurts as I'm old and thought I was pleasant. I got a look of dismissal as he chatted away with folks his own age. Goodbye Whole Foods.

This review is specifically for Mike, who runs the taco/quesadilla/burrito counter. I've been a customer at this WF for a few years now and the quesadillas he makes are one of the biggest attractions. Pictures are included so you can see what I'm talking about. Who would've thought that some of the best Mexican food in LA is at Whole Foods! I almost don't want to put the word out on this but he deserves all the customers he can handle!
